"Was out shopping apartments for me and my kids. Just me so lots of factors. Safety, livability and comfort in the units trumps price. Randomly stopped into to clubhouse and was met by Katherine. I’ve been renting for years and met all sorts of property managers but I’ve never felt at home and truly cared for than I did in the initial interaction. Total trust immediately knowing that I could rest easy with her at the helm. Proving was market fair, but the feeling of being cared for and looked out for makes anything absolutely worth it. Tight ship and know that I’m going to be in good hands. Units are sizable but what sets it aside is the thoughtfulness that went into the design of the buildings. Livability was a factor here more than footage vs revenue. Amenities are amazing from the gym to the pool to the walkability tie ins that the neighborhood has. Super rare and great find.
