"It’s a nice facility with a nice waiting room. Receptionist was nice. Our baby was sick and having some sort of reaction and since it was a pediatric urgent care we decided to go here since he might get more specialized care. We arrived at 7:30 and left at 9:45 pm. We were face to face with a nurse or doctor for maybe 10 minutes of that time. I understand being understaffed but the place wasn’t that busy and I don’t feel like we were treated thoroughly with how long we waited. Next time we will be going to a standard urgent care."
"We came in worried about virus symptoms our toddler was experiencing. It was easy to set an appointment, easy to check in, we were able to fill out forms and upload uninsurable online and even see where we were in line. The wait was surprisingly short. The staff was amazing and made my toddler feel calm and safe. The doctor was patient and listened to our concerns and gave a solution to help a little one feel better as quick as possible. We would 100% recommend Pediatrix to anyone with children!"

"We had a pleasant first time visit to Pediatrix. We took my 2 year old in for a high fever which ended up being a virus. We walked in and the ladies in the front signed us in and we saw a doctor within 20 minutes. We only had to wait because the receptionist were checking our paperwork. The nurse and doctor were both very nice, professional and informative about the current illnesses that are circulating. They were very gentle with the flu and covid swap which we loved because our child did not even flinch or cry during both. The doctor was an angel and treated our son with so much patience and respect. The waiting area and rooms were very clean and looked like a luxury doctors office. I loved the calming colors of the office too. 10/10 would recommend."
