"Where to start? I've lived here for 6 years and have seen a lot, none of it bad. First of all, the leasing staff is majority the same since I moved in. They know me and my kids and we're all on a first name basis. It's nice to walk into the office and catch up with them for a while, like greeting a friend. The property itself is well maintained and there are improvements consistently going in. The multi level pool (with infinity edge!!) has been a sparkling oasis in the summer, and we've taken advantage of the large gas grills and gas fireplace multiple times over the years. I really appreciated the pool's shallow depth when my daughter was young and learning how to swim. Resident events are frequent and completely free of charge. The location is great for my needs and makes it easy for me to get to Leander, Round Rock, or Austin. My apartment has a large balcony, a kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. My kids were really little when I moved in here and this property has met or exceeded my needs the whole time. The area is safe and our neighbors are lovely and have also been here long term. They give our building the neighborhood feel apartment complexes sometimes lack I want to send a very special shout out to the maintenance team. Whenever I've needed anything, they're here within 24 hours, most of the time same day. Things get fixed right the first time. They've even done things they don't really have to do, like changing out light bulbs or smoke detector batteries (I am very short and struggle with those things).On the rare occasion I've had a weekend emergency they've been here within an hour to save the day. They also keep the pool beautiful and sparkling at all times, and are always smiling and conversational even on emergency calls. Thank you Aledo and team, we appreciate you so much!! I've been very content living here and plan to stay until we can buy a house. Even then it will be bittersweet to leave. The staff has become like a second family to us. Thank you for everything, MAA Brushy Creek!"

"I had a fantastic experience with the leasing office here! Rachel did such a great job getting me all the information I needed in order to apply and move in. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and very kind to my little one and I. She answered all of my questions and had great energy. The property is great and has all the amenities I look for in a place, too."

"I am deeply disappointed with my experience at MAA-Silverado at brushy creek. Not only has the communication been abysmal, but the behavior of the leasing agent, Rachel, has been downright rude, her assertiveness crosses the line into rudeness, especially considering that certain communications should have come from the property manager, not a leasing agent. While assertiveness can be appropriate in certain situations, consistently rude behavior is unacceptable. The property manager, Rody, has been marginally better, but the overall process for obtaining approval for my ESA (Emotional Support Animal) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite providing all necessary documents in accordance with HUD guidelines, I have been met with delays and excuses. My spouse, who works in property management, has never encountered such prolonged delays in accepting an ESA. To make matters worse, I was threatened with violations and pet fees, despite submitting my documents three months ago. This has forced me to file a complaint with HUD housing regarding the property's practices. The gates are down at least once a week, posing a security risk for residents. Furthermore, work orders are routinely marked as completed without any actual repairs being made. I've submitted six work orders, all of which were falsely marked as completed, despite the issues persisting. As someone who works from home, this has been incredibly frustrating. While the maintenance team was initially responsive, they now provide excuses instead of solutions. I've been told that certain issues in my apartment cannot be fixed because they were left behind by previous tenants. This lack of accountability is concerning, especially considering the amount of rent I pay. I must also mention that I was hesitant to leave this review due to fear of retaliation. It's no coincidence that after submitting my six work orders, my ESA (Emotional Support Animal) letter was denied just 20 hours later. This blatant disregard for my well-being and rights as a tenant is appalling. If you are considering moving here with ESA animals, I urge you to send your documents at least five months prior to moving in to avoid the headaches I am currently experiencing or Save yourself the stress/frustration and look elsewhere for housing!!!!!"

"I loved living here! The office staff is absolutely amazing! Rachel helped me find exactly what I was looking for during our tour. I miss living at this property. I would have renewed my lease if I did not have to relocate for work. If you are looking for apartments with amazing storage, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms, this is your place! The landscaping is also a nice plus! If you have furbabies there are plenty of pet stations throughout the property and a huge park with trails across the street."
