"The lady at the front desk was lovely but everything else is awful. The desk closes at 10pm and doesn’t open until 9am. No towels. Awful internet that they make you pay extra for if you have more than one device. The hallway smelled extremely unpleasant. Bring your own pillows because the two you get are sub par"

"My stay at this place was a total nightmare! Roaches everywhere – in the restroom and even in the room with baby roaches. IN THE DAY TIME, so you know that means an infestation. We asked for a refund, and they had the nerve to accuse me of lying, claiming we were in their "cleanest room." I even brought one of those bold roaches down to show them, and they acted like they were meeting it for the first time and they didn't care! Those roaches and their ancestors probably had a lease in that room, confidently strutting around like they owned the place. It's beyond ridiculous! Add the fact that we would not have wrote this review had we received our refund that we were told we would get back. But since they haven’t given us our refund. Here these go. Total rip-off! Avoid this roach motel at all costs – they're just after your money!"

"DO NOT BOOK HERE! So many negative reviews and very few positive reviews. 1. wifi is terrible and they make you pay extra just to get decent wifi or to add multiple from the same room. 2. random charges and room rate changes. i stayed here for about 9 months and my room rate started at 1150, and was raised all the way up to 1400. they didn’t explain the charges and they charged me extra for paying rent ahead of time it was due. 3. poor customer service at front desk. there is rarely anyone up there and have to wait just for someone to come back up front because everyone who works there also lives there so they are just in their rooms. biggest complaint would probably be one of the managers Amelia. Amelia many times harassed me and my family about problems that didn’t exist, money she was charging me for no reason. she was always very rude to me but when she spoke to my boyfriend she was always nice. she many times spread rumors about me to her employees and she was always disrespectful and doesn’t really know what she is doing. 4. the room drains were always clogged. my bath, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink were constantly clogged and i complained many times and nothing was ever done about it. 5. unfair punishment/ actions. while i was here i got one complaint from another guest and they called the cops and Amelia tried kicking me out without the proper guidelines in place. the complaint wasn’t true and Amelia still proceeded to try and get me kicked out regardless of what police said. they also do random room checks which i have NEVER had happen at any other hotel before. this is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at and i do NOT recommend to anyone."

"Amazing staff especially Jasmine at the front desk is fantastic extremely nice and super helpful. she definitely deserves a raise or promotion all around wonderful person! Great rates, nice area, clean updated room."

"Checked in here Oct 13 around 7 or so. Person at the front desk was horrible! Really bad experience with them! He had nothing but I don't care attitude. I asked him if we had a problem, he replied "do you want your money back?" With attitude. Once we got our keys and away from him. The stay was not bad . Ac unit was really loud. And the kitchen was nice to have, but nothing to cook on or eat on. Pretty much useless. Clean room and found out yes, the pillows suck! This would not be bad by myself. I could deal with it. Not a good place to bring the family. Spend the extra 50 somewhere else."
