"Berkshire is the first management team in the four years I've lived here that genuinely cares about the property and residents. Previous employees have posted false negative reviews and used photos from years prior. If they get to use old photos to bully The Allure then I'll use some photos from our previous pool party (can't wait for the next one) The team at The Allure handles situations quickly and keeps improving the community every day. They are dedicated and make this a better place to live. Huge shout out to Cameron, Lisa, Brenna, and Kara for always being available and quick to help and Mike, Brandon, and Gustavo for keeping things working."
"I've lived in apartments the majority of my life and this is my favorite one. The layout is perfect and the people in the office have always been really helpful and kind. The dog park is one of our favorite places to be. It really does feel like home."
"An okay place to live. Location is very convenient. close to everything. Great schools and very close by. Apartment finishes are okay, and not really luxury. No kids play area. The maintenance staff on ground is good, but sometimes it takes a week to take care of a maintenance request."
"Trust the lowest ratings, those are actual residents. Any five star was given a month free of rent if they left a review. The management at The Allure is unresponsive and maintenance manager is unprofessional. Trash is all over the ground and we are paying for a trash service that hasn’t picked up all week. Charging residents for package room access when the package room is always “down” and charging for valet trash when we don’t even have a dumpster."
"This place has gone downhill in the past 3 years and it just keeps getting worse and all the good reviews are from then. The managers and management don’t seem to care and leave Lisa and Cameron to deal with their mistakes. The trash is always bad right now it looks like a junk yard. The pool is the reason we leased and this summer it was GREEN! The tables and chairs are never cleaned, the grill area is full of ants. Nothing luxury about allure except the price"
