Regal Parc Apartments

"If I could give it 0 I would have. They didn’t even give me a tour they handed me a key and told me to go my self. When I got to the apartment that we would have been living in the door was open and it was trashed out there was a homeless man living in the unit I quickly left, and notified the office she proceeded to tell me that I was lying and n stuff like that I got my license back and left I was speechless. The apartments also don’t look anything like they do in the pictures they look run down and beat up they don’t have any new amenities everything looks original like 1990s original if you’re going to charge 1900$ for a 3 bedroom at least have upgrades."

"Have had a couple issues that required some maintenance. Steve has always promptly come and help. He is fairly quick and efficient and is always kind enough to explain the root of whatever issue I am having and what he’s doing to fix it. I really appreciate that the office calls and informs me when maintenance is coming as well."

"This is my 3rd year living here and so far I haven't experienced anything that has warranted less than 5 stars. The office staff has always been helpful, sometimes they're not the most outgoing and friendly but they are helpful which is what ultimately matters. The maintenance team has always been great and friendly, they're really top notch. The amenities are solid, the pool is nice, the gym is small but adequate, the dog park is a nice little area, and the kids playground is well kept up. The surrounding area has literally anything you can ask for. Great school district. Plenty of variety for coffee shops and restaurants. Close enough to major shopping centers. Parking could certainly be a concern for some folks but I lease two garages so I can't complain, beyond the thoughtless and inconsiderate people who live above my garage and consistently keep dropping stuff on my car (mop bucket water, kids toys, cherry seeds). I've documented it all and will let management know soon. Overall I've enjoyed my stay here. These aren't the most luxurious apartments in the area but they've been perfect for me and my family."

"I 100% Recommend living at Regal Parc! My roommates and I lived in for a year and maintenance was always great and usually came within two days of service request. Staff are super friendly. Special shout out to the property manager Debbie, and especially Natalia, who has excellent customer service! She helped me when I first toured the apartment, up until my very last day! I'd live here again in the future!"
