"Front desk woman was great, and the radio on their sound system was a nice touch. But that's about it. Room was not clean, dirty carpets and stains on curtains. Leaking toilet and sink. Poor breakfast. It looks good outside and It had all the potential but I's just not worth it."

"If I could leave a zero about this property I would. Worst management and worst service. We originally booked a room for 5 days and needed to change our stay due to our plane leaving the day before. Upon speaking to the manager, she advised that I had to reach out to booking .com. I called booking .com and although I had a nonrefundable reservation, they were willing to make an accommodation and wanted to get approval from the property itself. After they reached out to the comforter inn, the management at the property declined the request to not charge us the last day although we did not use thier services. Even though we booked through a third party, it was the property management that refused to approve the early checkout. Just disgusting service to a customer that has stayed at several comfort inns. After speaking to management and getting no assistance and made to feel like a customer does not matter, I will not stay at another comfort inn. Thanks for the terrible customer service. In addition when we checked we were told breakfast would be from 6:00 am to 9:30am and when we went down there at 8:00 , they had nothing and the guy said you had to be there between 7:00 and 7:30 or it would be gone. Again not a good customer experience. If you were only going to have food available until 7:30 am them you shouldnt tell customers that breakfast is until 9:30 am , right? Thank you for the automated response however this facility had every oppotunity to make things right and did not. Was very rude about and so apology not accepted."

"Stayed at this property last year with my company for the Austin F1 race and had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff was. Johnny, the sales manager, took good care of my group, and was very polite and communicative with us from our very first interaction, to the day we checked in. The hotel is in a good, safe location with nice restaurants, store, etc nearby."

"We stayed at the Comfort Suites in Cedar Park, TX 11/23/23 to 11/25/23. Let's start with the positives. The hotel is located near the freeway, lots of options for dining and shopping nearby. They had a comfortable bed and pillows, good water pressure, warm water and it was clean. Stephanie, the night manager who checked us in was nice and tried to be helpful. The issues we had with this Comfort Suites Hotel our room #413 had no heat. We let the night manager know and she suggested that we turn the system off for a few minutes and turn it back on to see if the system would reboot. That didn't work. For three nights we didn't have any heat. We had to turn the system off because the fan that was blowing cold air. Stephanie gave us an extra blanket and offered to give us a space heater. The next day when we tried to get a space heater one was not available. At no time was there an offer to have it fixed or to change our room. The coffee maker that was in the room did not work. When my husband filled the reservoir it flooded the tray it was on. We tried plugging it in to a different outlet and the power never came on. When we checked in a the amount we agreed to pay was charged or put on hold with our credit card company. It was the correct amount. Then next two days, I received notifications from my credit card company about separate charges...nothing that aligned with the per day amount. We were not advised that we would have separate charges day by day. Never have I seen that before in all our travels. If that change in procedure is at a corporate level, they need to notify the customers beforehand. Advise the customer when they are checking in so they know to expect daily charges. With all the credit card fraud, we keep a close eye on any charges. I asked twice to have the manager call me, but the manager never called. Apart from Stephanie the rest of the service was poor. The overall design of the bathroom was not optimal. The toilet paper holder was about 1 to 2 feet to the behind and to the side of the toilet. The shower is big, but to turn on the water you have to step into the shower, turn on the faucet and you will have cold water hit you before it gets warm. There are two small places to put your toiletries. There is one hook on the door to put your towel. Perhaps two hooks on the door or a towel bar near the shower would be a better option. We won't be staying at this location again...mostly related to poor customer service, not attending to the lack of heat and the manager not calling me as requested."

"10/23/23 stay: Horrible experience- please read. This hotel manager called me after checkout and claimed a "strong smell of marijuana" was in the hallway and appeared to be coming from my room. I was there on business and do not smoke. He threatened to charge me a $250 cleaning fee but would "discount it" to $100 or police would be called. I thought it was a phone scam, but it was not. I have cleared the situation with the police (there was no evidence found) but this hotel still charged me $100 on my credit card, which i am disputing. I complained with Choice Hotels (via phone and online) and this Cedar Park hotel, with no requested call backs or resolution. I feel this hotel management is dishonest, trying to charge customers for fake "clean up fees" and clearly has horrible customer service. They stated they have cameras and key access records, but did not check either before calling the police on this incident. Why? Police stated there was a smell in the hallway, but nothing found in my room. Date of stay 10/25/23."
