"8 in the evening and restrooms are closed! Not really the service OTR promises....all their stores are a disaster normally now."

"We went to get our truck washed there. On our way out, I noticed that half of the front window wasn't clean. Returned for them to finish the job. I also noticed that half of the front hood wasn't cleaned off either. I will give them one more chance."
"Generally I love On the Run but the customer service at this location was disappointing at best. The cashier (Amanda) was rude,after I was lucky enough to win money on one of their video games she proceeded to tell me I was a liar and the ticket was not real and I had pictures of me winning and she refused to look at the video or call a manager so she basically stole money from me and called me a thief it was a very disappointing experience."
"Paid for the $20 wash. Waited 10 min for the arm to open so that we could enter, 2 employees came over. Said we had to go inside to fix the issue. I went inside and a worker came out with me to manually open the arm, he said he would program it to give us the $20 wash... highly dissatisfied as we left with dirt still on our car! But since they “said” they gave us the $20 they would not refund the money. Never going back to that wash!"
