"The actual worst place you could decide to live. Terrible & obnoxiously rude management. They: •randomly shut off water lines without informing residents beforehand. •don't clean vents when there are obvious fire hazards, they have been informed multiple times •never listen to complaints, fully ingore them .. unless! when a complaint about someone with mental health issues occurs, man, are they quick to evict that poor soul with disabilities. •have been 'upgrading' stairs, yknow, painting them. very important stuff. •don't care if the mail keys only work for one person in a multiple person unit - as well as not updating the mail locks that are broken and unable to open without a messed up key to fit the messed up lock. yea, that broken lock. •don't clean the pools. ohmygosh, the pools have been incredibly disgusting. •did upgrade the door locks to electric ones. which is sort of cool, but residents were not informed about the change & it gets messed up all the time. These are a few things that were on the top of my head, but there are so many more reasons this is a horrid place to live. Please save yourself from the absolute torture of this apartment complex and its management. Do not live here. Do not live here. DO NOT live here."

"Worst apartment complex ever. Not only do they not care about mental health they want to kick you out of the apartment because of it. The staff and management company are horrible human being for the things they are doing. 1 resident living in her apartment with some mental health issues and because of her issues they don’t want her here and when you try to talk to the complex they only make excuses and do nothing about the problems.I don’t recommend this place to anyone and over priced for what it is. Nothing gets done and never a kind reasonable person to discuss anything with. Her neighbor called the cops because there was yelling going on in the house. Can’t a couple argue or is that against the law. So now the complex is terminating the lease because the cops were called. Of course cops left noticing nothing was wrong at the place. So nothing to investigate but yet still the complex wants to terminate lease. The cops saw nothing wrong but yet the complex still went above and beyond to terminate lease and get out in 3 days. Like 3 days are they crazy. Wow truly truly worst place and management company cuz corporate is allowing all this to happen. We got in touch with corporate and they are even worse all about money money money. Not about the well being of the resident. I write this review to help guide new possible residents from moving here. Don’t do it because you will regret it. And please reach out to me I have paperwork screen shots and calls recorded of how this company conducts themselves. P.s. if you suffer from any mental illness or anything similar please don’t come here to this complex they don’t care at all and only make things worse for you on your healing journey."

"It was great at first even w the apartments having things that needed to be fixed that never got fixed from when we first moved in we still loved it , but we’ve now been here going on 8 months and maintenance takes forever to fix anything . Certain things I have had to fix myself because I called to check in on when maintenance was coming and I’ve been told to do it myself which I’ve never had to deal w at any complex before . Maintenance is very nice but they just take forever to get something fixed and apparently everything you put in to be fixed isn’t an emergency to them . So ready to leave this complex , I have never had so many issues at a complex ."

"This is my 2nd year in this apartment complex but I can say that my overall experience is mixed, let’s get into details: -If you want 20-30 water outages a year, choose this apartment complex. Also, the pipes are close to the ground level that you have to run the faucets in the winter to protect pipes and you get warm water from faucet or shower in the summer time, so there’s no cold water in the summer basically. -Good, safe area and clean streets, but they had to wait months to fill a big pot hole on the ground where everybody drives over everyday. -Maintenance is okay with emergency stuff but I’ve been waiting on my ice maker to get fixed for more than a month and still waiting on the summer of Texas. -They painted the exterior of apartments, put smart lock and thermostat which are nice. They have a renovated A/C controlled gym. -Pools were closed last year because it was not inspected by government or they forgot I do not know. And I tried pool once this summer and it was all cloudy which is a health hazard according to the CDC and it was not a pleasant experience. -You pay for mandatory extras in addition to the rent, and one of them is trash pick up service. Even though you put the trash outside of your door before the scheduled time, they sometimes do not take your trash that night. -Another extra you have to pay is cable and internet package, they let you connect another internet service provider to your apartment but you still gotta pay cable + internet package every months in addition to what you want to connect. But overall internet service is really good and provided by Spectrum. -Washer and dryer is included in the rent which is a plus. My apartment has built in ceiling lights in every room and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, some apartment complex do not have those. -Apartments are spacious and it comes with extra storage closet outside of your apartment. Apartments have big windows which let good amount of daylight and sun into the apartment. But windows are so dirty from outside and super blurry even though I asked them to clean they never cleaned. Also, apartments have a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. -I am an electrician and some of the outlets in the wall are not grounded which means that in case of electrical short or excessive current your devices can be fried and may cause electrical fires. I addressed this issue to the office and they did not do anything about it. -Whenever you call or stop by the office you clearly see that they’re under staffed and calls are not answered most of the time. But the people in the office are nice and always trying to help."

"I think I’m not the first person who will comment about the water shut offs most of the week days which is very frustrated, and the problem is when the water comes back it will come like drop by drop there is no pressure. Then when you decide to do all your things night because you know when you wake up next day there will be no water, and suddenly there is a leak under your sink due to the appartements condition then you call the emergency number and no one want to come to fix it . I don’t know why they call it emergency number I think for emergencies. Brief don’t waste your time and money. Thank you."
