"Be careful with criminal in these apartments, I have been living here for half a year and valuables have already been stolen from cars 3 times, and there was one theft. The apartments are good, clean, comfortable. I love living here, but unfortunately the management is not friendly towards children and constantly makes comments about noise during the daytime, this makes me perplexed as to how you can prohibit children from having fun and laughing while playing. There are also large charges for garbage removal. Be careful when signing a contract, management does not warn you about this and residents write complaints. My apartment is charged $150 monthly for trash removal, and that’s $1800 a year for trash fees alone. I was very unhappy that the management did not warn about such a high tariff. I give 5 stars for the Apartments and the service provided to residents. 2 stars to management for their attitude towards children and concern during my working hours. And 1 star for criminals"
"I have lived here for 2 years and I’m renewing my lease. I live on the first floor and for a first floor apartment it is nice and quiet. The quality in construction sold me and has been a very nice and relaxing change compared to my previous apartment. Management and maintenance are very quick to address ANY concerns. They work very, very hard to please their residents and have/are making some really great improvements to the property. I look forward to all the great updates!!!"
