Bexley at Lakeline

"We had experience living in this complex. The apartments are good , we liked the floor plan, closets and additional build-in wardrobes in kitchen and bathrooms. Location is good and a lot of parking lots. But the management is very unorganised and rude . It took a 4 month to repair garage door (my bad) , and forever to paint it , although they charged me much higher than it was estimated by vendor . Agents and managers were rude in communication and resolving issues . Also they didn’t return me deposit saying that carpets were damaged and dirty but they were not . And surprisingly the move out charges were so accurate to deposit amount ! LOL . Also complex do not have a gate and sometimes we could find our garage door open and even changed keys . A lot of rats and raccoons enter the territory because of thickets in major parts of complex . Overall living was good except move out experience."

After living in multiple communities in the Austin area, I can confidently say that Bexley Lakeline is top tier in terms of pricing, amenities, floorplan options, and the office and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful - especially Jake - who is always willing to help and make you feel like a priority with a smile on his face! Maintenance is quick to fix any issues and it's surprisingly affordable for Austin's current rental market. If you're looking for a place to live in the northwest Austin/Cedar Park area check out Bexley Lakeline. I absolutely plan on signing for a third year as long as my rent doesn't go up too much!"

"I lived here for about 4 years in two different apartments. I loved it. The location is great (walking distance to QT, HEB/shops and the Lakeline Mall), the people are friendly, amenities are awesome (when they aren't closed haha) pet friendly, and maintenance was pretty good. There are a few nitpicky things I personally disliked, but overall it was a great place to live. Cedar Park is my favorite suburban city and my hometown :D"
