"These apartments are not what they advertise they are. Very old buildings with styrofoam over the top. No kididng! The manager is a lyer and does not do anything he says he will. Maintenance issues, takes months to get things fixed. Bad walls, very thin. And worst of all, over priced!!!"

"Hello I am in 12302 and I meant to review the apartment a few months back when I moved in but have been busy with new job. Fantastic apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are nice. The unit is very comfortable and feels like a home. Ya know some apartment complexes feel starchy and smug but this place feels nice and comfortable and you can tell working folk live here and that’s nice because I’m working folk. Apartment is spacious, carpeted with this nice comfy womfy carpet, and it’s all in all very nice. Joe who is the apt manager is chill and easy to talk to and there’s this other leasing gal who seems nice and she rides around on the golf cart and will smile so that’s nice ya know ummm what else oh the maintenance guy is chill and easy to talk to and ya know I want to live somewhere where people are chill and nice and it’s quiet and comfortable and that’s what this place is. So ya anyway oh the appliances are good and the AC works well and you can get it all cold in the house then cover up with covers, get all cozy wozy, and sleep like a baby. You get good value for your money and ya it’s better than paying 7% interest on a house you can save your money instead by living here and get yourself some SPY ETF options and compound the dividends instead of paying a corporate bank 7% + property taxes + HOA fees. Anyway off to church thanks for a nice apartment bye"
