Signature Point Apartments

"I am giving a 5-star review solely based on my visit to the apartments for leasing information. I made an appointment with Carrie for the afternoon and had called her at the last minute to come in earlier. She was completely understanding and let me see her earlier. Once I arrived, she was super friendly and very informative about everything. She answered all of my questions and was really helpful in trying to get me the best options for myself. She sent me everything I needed and had even called me afterwards to disclose some information I had concerns about before to clear up everything. I had seen a few other apartments that day in which their associates were impolite and dry, but Carrie was the best! The apartment she showed me was very clean, upgraded, and nice as well. Thank you Carrie for all of your patience and help."

"I've been really enjoying my time here at Signature Point. The neighbors are friendly, and whenever I have a maintenance request, they respond promptly. The staff is great too, always helpful. The pool with its stunning harbor view is a definite highlight for me. And having Starbucks, Cafe Petra (Greek), and Pomodoros (Italian) just a short walk away is a real treat. When it comes to groceries, I appreciate the convenience of Randall's and Kroger being nearby. Ferguson Elementary School is not only efficient with drop-offs and pickups but also inclusive. They organize family events that we all enjoy. It's a warm and welcoming community here at Signature Point!"

"We just moved out after almost 3 years and the management here is the best I've ever experienced. Rebecca, the office manager, is so nice and responsive, and the leasing staff is just as great. Maintenance is also fast and friendly. We lived at the front of the complex, but it was still very quiet, considering the main road being so close. Units seem to be upgraded here and there, too, so that's nice. Also, being within walking distance of multiple stores and restaurants is great. Overall, the experience was good and we'd definitely recommend."

"Just moved out of our apartment after a 13 month lease and very dissatisfied is all I can say. 1. The parking is horrendous. For the entire 13 months we were on a "waiting list" for parking and that day never came, even after requesting more than 5x. Imagine walking a quarter mile when you just came from grocery shopping. Or in the middle of the night. So don't plan on having visitors either unless you have a golf cart to transport them lol. Plus the driveway is full of various potholes. 2. I'm more than sure there was a mold issue as we were constantly getting sick and when I moved out, all of my clothes smelled of pickles. If you look up a pickle smell it is of mold. 3.We had a recurring issue with the little small german roaches coming from our neighbors (My space was always kept clean, no pets, kids, etc.) The worst part is they traveled with us as we moved to our new place. gross. 4. We were not given our full deposit back, as there were charges for "bills" and "carpet cleaning" although my carpet was clean, no stains.. I got professional cleaning but not a carpet shampoo as we did not need it. When I asked for further information from Kathy, I was simply ignored and was never given the full attachment of our Move Out Statement to reflect the charges. Oh, also let me not mention the multiple arrests I witnessed happening just outside our unit. Positives: Maintenance is friendly, the gym is well kept and comes in handy. We hardly ever used the pool as it was always full. I am not a negative nancy, but I feel people searching for apartments should know of our experience here. Picture for reference."
