"Management at CP Waterfront is HORRIBLE. I spoke with the manager twice and both times it was a horrible experience. I started calling a month ago about leasing an apartment at this property. I spoke with Alyssa multiple times to be told that they would have what I was looking for in the time frame that I was looking for. Alyssa wasn't there one of the days that I called and was forced to speak with Jamie. She was so rude and very, very short with a me (a new prospect). I continued to call and speak with Alyssa who was very sweet but not trained very well on units that would become available. Fast forward to yesterday......I went in with my mom and my daughter to look at an apartment that Alyssa told me on Saturday that it was ready to view and was NOT leased. I went in to view and again I was forced to speak with Jamie because Alyssa was out. Jamie was very, very rude AGAIN, said that they had nothing to show and the apartment that Alyssa had just told me was available to view and lease was not available to view or lease. Apparently this apartment was leased 2 weeks ago. Jamie did not apologize for the false information her employee had been giving me for 2-3 weeks and again was in a hurry to get us out of there and not friendly about it at all. Thank goodness it wasn't available to lease because there is no way I would want to live at a property that has such a RUDE manager and obviously she doesn't train her staff properly. Really feel for Alyssa and anyone else that works for this manager."

"I moved to CP Waterfront Oct 2023. Was a bit bumpy at the beginning mostly due to my specifications. The management here worked really hard to accommodate. I am pleased that I was led to move here. The community is clean and quiet so far. I love the Waterfront view very calming and serene. I love watching the wildlife as well. People seem friendly and I enjoy how the management keeps residents involved with the apt. Community. Convenient to shopping and entertainment. There was a boat parade that came through the canal and I could watch fireworks from my balcony. I am grateful to call this place home!"

"We have lived here for about a year, and have loved it. The gym is awesome, the complex is generally very quiet, everyone is very friendly and there are lots of sweet dogs. Any minor issues we have had in our unit were taken care of by maintenance very quickly. Just renewed for another year, highly recommend!"

"I just moved to CP Waterfront this past September and am pretty happy with my move, my apartment and the management. The apartment is conveniently located near the office, pool and dog park and I love the spacious pool, with a great view. Maintenance is generally very quick to do repairs and thorough and pest control comes pretty quickly when requested. It would be nice if we had some social activities, geared towards adults and not just families. My only main issues is a recurring problem with roaches and residents failing yo clean up after the dogs. Sometimes pet waste bags stack up, by the trash too. But, it gets pretty nasty when you're trying to dodge dog pop whenever you take out your dog, whom you always pick up after. Also, sometimes the system for getting packages is down and you can't get your packages for a while. It would be nice to have the washer and driver somewhere other than the kit hen and I could really use a pantry fir my food, as trying to use closet space, in the kitchen, doesn't suffice. But, overall, it's a nice property and I like the scenery and location and feel relatively safe. But, it would be nice if they would keep the gates closed, especially in the back, so random people can't access the property. I like how convenient parking is to my parking, as I can usually park close to the front door. Also, all the hoops you have to jump through to get your pets approved as Emotional Support Dogs is a bit much! I had to continue bothering my doctor for letters and they were ridiculously picky, but I was grateful they were finally approved in the end. Overall, nice complex, but could use a little work."

"Disclaimer-did not live here. However worked here for an entire day and management lied to the company I was working for and as result I never got paid. They do not have reputable people working for them and they are dishonest. I would not trust them renting an apartment from them. Working for free sucks. Thanks CP waterfront apartments!"
