"I think all the good things became bad because of the customer service which is none. We had to deal with one front desk agent, Patel, that was very rude to us always. Yes, we made our reservation through a third party, but there was no need to respond to our questions with a sarcastic tone and most of the time sayin "why are you asking to me?" in an angry manner"

They were more than willing to assist with any questions I had about the local area and even recommended some fantastic dining options nearby. One of the standout features of this Super 8 is its incredibly convenient location. It made exploring the city a breeze. Whether I was headed to the vibrant downtown area or planning a day trip to waterpark, everything was just a short drive away. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. "Not worth the price and its only good point is its location. I booked two rooms- one of them had a weird smell and the toilet was broken. The lock for the other room was broken and we had to struggle with it to make it work. Also, though they state that theres breakfast, its just cereal and waffles and the machines didnt look too well maintained."

"The location was their only decent quality for being close to the freeway. The man at the front desk was rude and incredibly unfriendly. No elevator. We were required to use one of two stairwells on opposite sides of the building. So be sure you don't have any heavy luggage unless getting a workout in was a goal of yours. The hallway of the floor we were on smelled terribly, and a large dog would bark loudly at us every time we walked to our room. There were questionable characters hanging around outside near the back entry door that didn't have lock on it like we were told it would. Just opened right up. There was a half empty 24 pack of cheap beer that sat at the entrance for a whole day before someone decided to remove it. They offered a "Continental breakfast" but after seeing the place I decided against eating or drinking anything there. For your health and safety, I would HIGHLY suggest that you pay a bit more and go to any one of the other, far nicer, hotels in the area."
