"Small balconies. No study or den floor. Dog poop everywhere. No parking. Maintenance is ok. Pool and gym are ok when everything works. In the office, Miranda is friendly but Erica is not and manager Brandy is always too busy to get a hold of."

"Beautiful complex with lots of amenities. Leasing staff was very friendly and informative. We walked the grounds and visited a 3 bedroom. Large, open concept kitchen with a large island good for adding 4 counter height chairs! Granite countertops and good sized bedrooms. It seemed quiet. Balconies are small. I liked it!"

"Location is fantastic, looks are lovely. Office staff has been consistently more attentive than other places, and maintenance staff has so far been awesome. A little more expensive than one would hope, but the amenities are well taken care of, and staff have been pretty responsive and courteous."

"I had a smart key on my door (which I pay extra for) I asked for an actual key in case of emergencies but I never received till the day I moved out. They kept telling it was ordered and coming from Dallas but never did. Two out of the 4 treadmill machines don’t work, the other two disconnect when while you jog. Don’t get a floor apartment, the ceiling feels like a piece of paper you’d hear everything from your top neighbors. When I moved out, my deposit was cut of by $44 for not cleaning the trash chute by the door (Although there is a free trash pickup service included within the contract). They also took $50 of the deposit claiming there was sink damages. I called and requested images, they never sent them. The maintenance guys are awesome. They come very fast and do a fine job. The pool is more like a resort style but only 3 feet high, suitable for kids not so much for adults. The office staff are very pleasant but they don’t get things done. Safe community, location is great right of the highway and plenty of shopping places."

"This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offers amenities that most communities do not. My dog loves it as well."
