"Due to a mistake on staff setting my children appointment times I was as fault and could not be seen they told me one thing and now it’s all at one designated time but listed in email separate times for kids the receptionist at desk showed now concern on trying to fix it at all don’t expect for better results takes a month again to get rescheduled after staff mistake no type of caring vibe at this facility was standing 15 mins before anyone act as if I was there the lady sitting in chair just seem as she doesn’t care she just tried her best to just dismiss me instead of trying to actually go an ask the doctor to see at least one of the children"
"I absolutely adore Dr. Stephen for my 18 month old. She has been seeing her since she was born at the Woman’s Hospital! One of the sweetest doctors we’ve ever had and extremely efficient. We saw another doctor there we didn’t care for while she was on leave, and my baby screamed he was so rough... ever since then she has been terrified of going but Dr. Stephen is so patient and gentle with her while doing her job efficiently. We will be patients for life!"
"My husband and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Suell at Pediatrics of Greater Houston and his nurse! Our daughters have been patients since birth and even after moving 30+ minutes away from the main location, we still choose to take that drive when our daughters need to be seen. That’s how comfortable we are with their services and trust them to do what’s in the best interest of our daughters."
"Dr. Suell is a great doctor and wonderful with both of my sons, he's been there since the day they were delivered and we couldn't be happier. His staff is amazing, especially Ali she has a great way of making the kids comfortable."
"Great office and great staff! I have been coming to see the doctors in this office since I was a young girl and now I bring my own children here! That's how much I love this place! I never write reviews but they definitely deserve it. Dr. Schaffer is hilarious and so dedicated to his practice. Michelle at the front desk is the sweetest woman, as well as Patricia in billing. Jennifer is always helpful and on top of her game with referrals. Martha and Yesenia are the most hard working and compassionate nurses I have ever encountered. I only have great things to say about this pediatric office! I highly recommend Pediatrics of Greater Houston!"
