Angleton Manor Apartments

"This is my fourth time to live here. I’ve always loved it but not this last year. The managers rarely answer their phones and never return your calls. I even called the management company and they never returned my call. I have had roaches since I moved in and have had it sprayed twice and still have them. The man sprays a stream in front of your cabinets and leaves. It took me six months to get them to install a lock on my patio door. This is just a couple of complaints and I could give you more. I would not recommend these apartments"

"just moved in today. kaylee? the girl in the leasing office was so ugly to me. seems miserable at her job. not a warm welcome at ALL. the apartment is covered in roaches and i called and she was no help and just said “okay” to me saying i’d call my own pest control company. embarrassed to say i have to live here for a year. wish jessica was in office, since she actually seems to help"

"I'm going on year two of my residence at Angleton Manor. My apartment was newly renovated before moving in as I have hardwood floors which are much easier to maintain. The area is very quiet; I've rarely had any issues with noise. Management maintains contact with residents and seems to take pride in continuing to improve the grounds here. Maintenance responds fairly quickly and always speaks when by-passing on the grounds. Price is reasonable and is one of the best deals around town. I've def enjoyed my stay here and feel very comfortable with contacting Misty for any problems or concerns that should potentially arise."

"100% recommend Angleton Manor! The rent is super affordable compared to most other complexes. I’ve lived here going on 3 years and moved into a newly remodeled, cute, and clean apartment. The management team is amazing. They’re always willing to do whatever they can to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. Very pet friendly. Any maintenance issues are usually taken care of promptly. Love calling this my home!"

"I love these apartments so much! They're a very nice, and quite place to live. Always nice and clean outside and wonderful management. The maintenance man is very prompt with getting things fixed and he is a very nice gentleman! I would recommend everyone to move here! While they have W&D hook ups in most units, they also have a very nice little laundry mat for residential use only! The pool is always in good shape and always looks nice! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place rocks! :) Ive lived here a little over a year and will definitely be renewing my lease next year :)"
