"This is the pinnacle of 1-bed apartment living. I've never lived in a better complex, and am sad to have to leave. Price is reasonable, neighbors are respectful and quiet, amenities are great, plus it goes month-to-month rent without a price increase after 6 months -- huge plus for this!!! I initially thought the school would be a problem, but it turned out to be just fine. I've only lived here for 8 or 9 months, but would highly recommend it to anyone in Brazoria county. Huge shoutout to Andrea for being the best management person I've ever dealt with, and Bob with maintenance for being a big help and personable guy to talk with. The ONLY downside I have with this complex is limited parking for guests with my building, but everything else far outweighs this minor gripe."
"This is by far the nicest well run apartment in the Angleton, Lake Jackson area! We retired her 4 years ago and have loved every moment! This complex 5 years old and has everything! The manager is the most compassionate person I’ve eve met! She goes out of her way to have special events for residents and makes sure we all get to know one another! Our gates work!!!!! I’m very very picky and have to feel comfortable in my home! I brought my Chandelier from PA , it’s like a real cozy home! We are currently waiting to move into a three bedroom apartment. I have waited 4 year’s! My life will be complete! The maintenance personnel is always very accommodating! Bob, the head honcho is there when you need him and Andrea, the assistant manager is also amazing! All in all I highly recommend the apartments! It is only 120 units and quit peaceful living!"
"Great apartments! Great management as well. I have been living for about two years and it’s been awesome. Maintenance request are fast, crime is low, the gates work (unlike at many other apartments), and neighbors are also fine as well. The only downsides is that it is a little pricey for the area and morning/afternoon school traffic can be annoying to deal with."
"Our time there was good & we moved out on the date we were scheduled to move out completing our lease. We were charged rent & water after we initially moved out, but I did give the keys back a couple days late, therefore lost over half of our deposit."
"I loved living here for a little over two years! Prices could be lower, but overall, it was a wonderful community, staff, and neighborly living experience! I didn't want to leave!"
