Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"This place does maintenance their rentals properly, no oil changes or replacing of bald tires. If tires are bald, they let a customer take the vehicle and if an oil light comes on and you call enterprise you will be told to go to any discount tire because enterprises affiliated with them and discount tire will replace the tires or change the oil or whatever the mechanical issue is if enterprise approves . Therefore you the customer who is already in an unfortunate situation, which is why you’re in a rental in the first place we have to then become an employee for enterprise. When we were at discount tire, there were five other customers there as well all with issues with their vehicles from the same enterprise. Pay the extra buck and go somewhere else it’ll be worth it. The story: The tires on the damn SUV were bald. I called and they said they didn’t have anything else available and that according to their measurements with the mechanic people or whatever there that they were good. The weather started getting really bad and I contacted them and I was actually driving over there to have a word with the manager and told woman on phone how dangerous those bald tires were and if if something happened then she and enterprise were going to hold them liable. That’s when I found out that enterprise was affiliated with discount tire. I was told to go to discount tire. I went and they said the thread was one number away from being read and unless it’s red enterprise won’t change it and the engine can’t beeping because the oil needed to be changed being that I had just called enterprise they agreed, for them to change tires and we had to leave the vehicle there overnight because there were no tires there. When we picked up the vehicle, it took an hour when we dropped off the vehicle it took an hour as well. There’s about four employees in there. The phones are ringing off the hook, and customers are looking at each other as to why no one’s paying attention to anybody. Will not use this place again, and I do not recommend."
