"I just wanted to go on here and say that I have lived here for 5 months and this place has been amazing. Great management Kim does everything to make sure it feels like a family environment and every one of your problems handle the best of her abilitiy. We just had our AC go out o us I told them yesterday and today they were out here giving us a brand new AC unit. I highly recommend this place. The owners and management really care about their tenants. So if you need a place this is your home."

"My sister has lived here for years. I agree the previous management sucked. They ran it into the ground, wouldn’t make repairs, you couldn’t get a hold of anyone. They have new owners and an onsite manager. What a difference and improvement! They are cleaning up the entire property, pool and units. They have made repairs in my sisters unit, fixed the fan, leaking faucet etc. These are really nice units. I’m starting to see people move in. So nice to see them cleaned up and being managed."
"Worst management EVER! They will tell you what you want to hear and then avoid you when it comes down to fixing anything! Laundry room doesn't work, no pest control, they won't fix anything, there is no maintenance person for this property and you can tell. I have a safety issue with my unit that has gone unfixed for over 3 months. I have other repairs for even longer that have not been addressed."
"Awesome property and the Management (Lecia) is always extremely professional and attentive. The residents are friendly and anytime I have had a service request it has been addressed promptly. Love living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment with top notch staff ^Also, I wanted to say I truly feel the negative reviews posted by others are meant to be purposefully damaging and deragatory. Often times people are in violation of lease agreements, etc. and post malicious negative comments."
