Bayou Oaks RV Park

"Good park, good staff, good rates. Came here last year and loved our site and requested it again for this year. Good views of the bayou with docks to fish off of."

"This was our first RV parked we parked after getting our RV. Affordable, clean, and family friendly. The river that runs through the back of the park is amazing! We would open our back window and just enjoy the nature and river. Grass got cut regularly. Owners picked up calls fast. The laundry mat was always clean. And has a quarter machine. Will definitely stay here again if my husband gets a job near again. Also fully gated!"

"Really wanted to like this park. Nice trees, excellent location. BUT, the nearby nightclub kept us up late into the night blasting loud music! I don't think it stopped until nearly 2am. We were exhausted the next day. Also, the structures bordering the park (maybe they were cabins, but they looked like sec 8 housing or something) had a bunch of super sketch people walking around at all hours, working on their cars, etc."

"Stayed there for almost a year . The park changed owners resulting in poor management. I will never recommend this park to anybody . It is not a family friendly park to stay at . It is not a quiet park, way too much traffic comes in and out of the park just cruising around several times driving way to fast & leaving . People speed thru this park way too much. They do not slow down at all. We complained several times and the manager/ owners of the park never did anything about it . It was horrible , so if you have kids or pets and stay at this park you better keep a close eye on them at all times - because people will run over them. On another note the laundry room washers and dryers suck , they do not clean your clothes at all - and it’s very expensive to wash and dry clothes . So much cheaper to go to a laundry mat than to wash clothes at this park . So ridiculous. On top of that the manager/ owners of the park do not care at all and aren’t friendly."

"When we first got here it was a great family friendly park no complaints at all. Here recently there has been some old guy on a motorcycle riding around being very rude to residents and he is somehow affiliated with the park. He made some kids take down their basketball goal for no reason and stops at residents quiet often and complains about every little thing and threatens to kick them out. Update this morning the guy stopped at my camper and told my daughter that unless your daddy wants to pay for another spot he had better move his truck. Now it was parked in an empty spot one of many but you don’t be rude to my family especially my kids. I did find out though his name is Seth he’s a manager at the park. I suggest someone higher up has a talk with this guy about his people skills."
