"Where do I even start. Avoid this complex in its entirety Marisol is hands down the most unprofessional, degrading human that I have ever encountered for a leasing office. Let alone in a manager position. It has been proven with receipts she does not file paperwork correctly, nor in a timely manner. Thus resulting in fee's that are made out to be our problem. Don't you dare insinuate that the issues are a result of her improper work ethic. Because then you will be hit with every violation she can think of in the day to follow. By reading some of the reviews placed here and after speaking with other long term tenants we are in agreeance that Marisol is purposefully scamming people and splitting fee profits that she is demanding the tenants are responsible for. For an example, when signing contracts and what not it is HER responsibility to direct and provide you with the CORRECT means of registration of your vehicle. She is not. She is giving you half information, Again with Receipts. Resulting in my vehicle getting towed and her words are "Not my problem". If you are not PROPERLY filing our information when we are signing leases it is 100 percent the Leasing offices responsibility and problem. I am registered in the Apartments app with the date it was first registered. But because Marisol is not keeping up with the documents in office, its suddenly our problem. So then we are stuck paying hundreds of dollars in fees. Marisol does not work in the Business hours that are provided and is leaving the office with no one else being able to assist if issues are arising. Marisol has made comments about her and her Living arrangements, She lives onsite- and practically how she is untouchable and runs things her way with complete disregard in how LEGALY a low income leasing office is to be ran. I've seen a lot of these reviews with responses from the "OWNER" of the google page responds with a number and email address that is ACTUALLY accessed and ran by Marisol. Shocker. So again nothing is properly handled. Marisol believes that because these are low income housing that nothing legally will be done to correct her ILLEGAL ways of managing. Marisol is handing out lease violations left and right to give reason to pocketing peoples' deposit, or collecting violation fee's. Its literally unheard of the amount of theft that has accrued on HER time. She is ILLEGALLY entering our units with out the LEGAL notice she HAS to give. She has been caught on multiple cases on video doing this very thing and from other tenants experiences their things are coming up missing. Marisol is withholding packages that are being left at the front and says that they are never delivered when there is proof of her signing for them or pictures of them being dropped off. She is blatantly stealing tenants items and the complex corporation has done nothing. Low income are not, There is right and there is wrong. and Marisol being the active complex manager is wrong on all fronts, and the company that has her in place should be very weary and be expecting legal action to take place because us tenants are fed up with her crooked ways."

"November 23 Okay, so update to 4 months of me being here. Things never get fixed over here until you KEEP BEGGING AND ASKING. Fridge broke and they took a MONTH to fix it causing all the food in my fridge to go to the trash. We not even going to speak about the oven situation, where it sparks everytime you turn it off. Secondly, asking for a garage or anything else, wont happen. I been asking every week for 3 weeks and get a different answer everytime. Towing overhere doesn’t make sense ever. The phone number posted sends you to a Storage Shed Area by 290 and I-10. I am only staying for 1 year, then after, I am leaving. I cannot do this another year. June 23 “Very quick work! "Has gotten trashy. Management and maintenance are awful. The water system is terrible it always smells bad and tastes bad too. I lived there 5 yes and could hardly use pool. They take long time to clean and then there’s unsupervised kids who mess it up.Not cool"
