Lakewood West Apartments

"It looked like the new owners were promising, with new renovations to the roof, electrical panels and paint job buuuuuut..... they're actually just as bad if not worse than the previous ones we had. No one tells you when the water is getting cut off or at least an update when itll come back on and maintenance here is HORRIBLE! My apartment is literally flooding and i still have gotten no response. Just in all a horrible place to live, can't wait for the contract to be over!!!!"

"The new management is worse than Ofelia. I have reached out several times via email and NOTHING!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT WE ARE NOT TREAT AD WE SHOULD AND WE ARE REALLY JUST BEING BULLIED!!! I'm very upset and wish I could rate a zero. They know most people can't really afford to move and we have to accept what they throw at us. The new rental coordinator said he would be there we needed him....well I beg the differ. JUST SAD!!"

"I’ve had the best experience living here! The apartments are lovely and well-designed. They really feel like home. The leasing manager, Ofelia, is a joy to work with! She is super kind and genuinely cares about making the complex a nice place for everyone. It is rare that they have availability because rent is affordable and it’s in a nice neighborhood. If you find a spot here, don’t wait around! Get it while you can; you won’t regret it."

"My experience here has been wonderful! Ofelia is such a caring and sweet person! Hard to find that sometimes in apartment management. Your requests or concerns are addressed very quickly and the problem gets solved. The area is always cleaned and maintained. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet place to live to come here. It was bittersweet for me to leave the area."

"I enjoy my apartment, some of the residents are nasty and very messy. I just love the complex manager, Ms.Ophelia ,she's very nice and caring. She will pick up garbage that some of these nasty people throw on the ground. I've seen her help some of the tenants clean their apartments, she's very concerned about the upkeep of the property. I pray that she remains the manager, and I wish they would give her a regular maintenance person. She tries to get maintenance people out here ad soon as there is a problem. The rid in my closet fell, twice, she even came and tried to help me fix it. I've lived here for a year and have see 3 managers before, Ms.Ophelia ,and she's the only one that seems to care about the appearance of this complex."
