"I'd rather donate my clothes/money to a local church, Goodwill, Salvation Army or a local senior living home than "sell" my clothes to this miserable business. Just save yourself the time, go to Goodwill, a church or senior living home and drive away feeling good about yourself for helping those who truly need it."

"I brought in multiple bags then one bag I needed to be separate. The girls who checked me in were all very nice and professional. Told me It would be 40 minutes, not bad for how much stuff I had and how much they already had to look through. I come back in about an hour to pick up. I was checked out by a blonde with fake lashes wearing red crocs. She asked my name, didn’t even ask for my ID till I showed it to her. I explained I had two different ones to pick up. She them proceeds to reprimand the employees who looked through my items because it needed to be two different ID which I was unaware of. She was extremely unprofessional. She then grabs one of the 3 bins of stuff they took, $221 worth of items and says “well I’m just not going to grab the rest because that’s too much.” Im looking over the receipt and asked how much they prices the Michael Kors pieces for. She said “well that’s 30% on the receipt. Im not going to look for it, I haven’t printed out the tags. Why do you want to know?” I said because I’m curious. She went back and forth with me about it. Then finally did it and explained I actually got 50% back for those items. I was a Plato’s manager for 6 years, I am well aware of how you’re supposed to treat your customers & that was not it. She was condescending and extremely rude for no reason to a customer who just sold a bunch of great items to the store. Didn’t catch her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag but her initials were APC. If you don’t know how to treat people then maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service."

"Absolutely terrible! I brought in high end clothing and all were in great condition and in season and they turned all but 3 down!!! And meanwhile while I was shopping there was a bunch of nasty cheap clothing and I heard them going through my stuff saying “would you wear this?” “No?” “Okay we won’t buy it” like um what?"
