As residents now, she still helps answer any questions we may have and is always willing to help. "I absolutely love this apartments, they are very nice, quiet, I love that I can use an app to open pretty much everything lol I also appreciate the valet trash pickup since I have small children , as long as you follow the directions they give you it’s a very nice amenity , the only thing I would say is to double check your process when applying for your apartment, we had a hiccup but Kenny was so quick to get it all taken care off that it didn’t become a hassle and we were able to enjoy our move in. Even if there’s an issue with anything, maintenance is so quick to respond! Like same day they are ready to come figure out what’s wrong and would fix it right away, they are so nice too, I’ve never been to any place as nice as this, totally worth it!"

"I just did a tour with Kenny. First of all the property is gorgeous. Very modern from inside and out. I toured the B3 and B4 floor plans. They definitely gave me more of a home feel than an apartment. I absolutely fell in love with the B4 specifically, definitely a great option for me and my family. As for Kenny, he was amazing! He was such a sweetheart and very personable. He asked not only the type of apartments I was interested in but also about what were needs that I specifically wanted in my next home. He treated me like family and definitely someone great to be around! He was very knowledgeable of the area as well as the complex of course. Of all the places I’ve toured so far, this is definitely my number one pick! ❤️"
