"Don’t order the fresh market lemonade. The cup was packed to the brim with ice, so we got very little lemonade. When I complained, I was told that is the way it comes. Sorry, no refill. Makes me wonder what else they are doing to save money at the customer’s expense."
"Just payed 26$ and the fries were cold and gross and they weren’t even filled all the way and the new large cup is literally the size of a regular at McDonald’s and the food wasn’t good I haven’t been to Arbys in like 6 months because it was a bad experience but it definitely wasn’t a good one this time either the food used to be way better"
"Stopped here for a lunch break during a long drive and we were so pleased! The staff was nice and the restrooms were clean. The food was hot and exactly what we ordered. It was just the easy fast food break we needed."
"The food was really good actually and prices went terrible considering how pricing things have become over the last two years. Had to take away stars though because of the odd plexiglass windows they have between the registers and us while taking orders. Not sure why stores still think this makes sense but as a result it makes people feel weird and makes it hard to communicate. Would have hoped to see Arby’s get over this by now."
