"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Child inside walks all over the front and back like it’s a daycare. Into the food and everything. Manager is a complete joke and could care less about customers. Complete scum ball establishment. Had us wait 1 hour and left with no food."
"They let your order sit for 20 to 30 minutes before they deliver. Bad attitudes when you call to check on status. It shouldn't take an hour to make it from prep to delivery status. Who wants to pay these prices for pizza that's been sitting in a warmer for that long. Not to mention the soggy tots and dried out wings. I used to order all the time but I don't think I'll be ordering again"
"I have been having dominoes since 1997 and the first time I receive the worst pizza. It wasn’t made as advertised. Dominoes in Dixon used half of the quantity that requires by franchise. They refused to remake. The try to charge extra to correct it. I love dominoes pizza but never ever order again until they improve quality of food and customer service"
"Stopped by after work and bought a couple of pizzas they had a great deal on pizzas. I was the manager at Domino's in Sterling many many years ago. It amazed me all of the new choices that are now available. The employees were helpful and friendly. The pizzas were delicious and still warm when I got home. I live in Sterling so it's a 15-minute drive. This was the first time in decades that I have had Domino's. Definitely will be back."
