"Completely trash complex. Have been living here 3 years. There’s no privacy for yourself or your neighbors because there’s no insulation in the walls. Property management is a joke. Been trying to reach them for months about money that is owed to me and I keep getting the run around. The neighbors are inconsiderate of others regardless of the thin walls and keep up noise day and night. Had a neighbor threaten to kill another neighbor because they asked her to quiet down. Property management was informed…..guess what?? The violent neighbor is still here while the people threatened have left. I wish I could retract my star because living here is bad for your mental health. If you’re looking elsewhere, do yourself a favor and avoid Starwood farms"

"I just moved in so far I like it it’s family oriented pet friendly which is something I’ll enjoy soon. The only issue so far was one of the neighbors parked in my driveway. Not knowing I had moved in the day before. I called the office and Samantha was on it called the tow truck it took so long She came over and called around until she found out who’s truck it was. The neighbor came apologizing so it saved him a tow fee but cost me a hr 1/2 pay When I see reviews about towing cars I know the real deal. Thanks Samantha for your help I appreciate it"

"I am one of the owners of this new building properties, this community has taking a decision of using new management company named Goodwill & Company which takes on the first strategic management steps of making this farmhouses ones of the best in Cypress area. So I recommend to the new tenants of taking serious steps of occupying this beautiful buildings as soon as they can before the rush coming’s season."

"I normally do not write reviews because I give people the benefit of the doubt but this was necessary.This is the worst place I have ever lived in. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM no matter how reasonable the price. You get what you pay for… I was a tenant here for 2 years and it was the worst experience. The police was called every other week. The kids and residents constantly broke things. Supposed to be a gated community but the gate worked maybe twice since I lived there. Management does not last there is always someone new because it’s like running a mini ghetto projects. It’s sad because when I moved i n it was brand new but now you couldn’t pay me to stay there they accept anyone including section 8 housing. Somebody got shot while I was there, they sold drugs, someone overdosed while I was there and adults coming to bus stops to fight kids. Kids playing on your doorbell smh it was awful. Not to mention no matter how good of a tenant you are they will take half if not all of your deposit so don’t expect much back when you move out. I left the place spotless had the carpets professionally cleaned and nothing dirty just normal wear and tear not much they still took half of the deposit. Nobody ever really stays long unless you don’t have much of a choice so I would say for a peace of mind find somewhere else to live."

"Been on the property since April 2022. All of the damages that are caused by the resident is charged to the resident. I did have an issue when I first moved in (less than 30 days). The tub was stopped up and the light over the stove didn’t work. I forgot to check the light to put it in the move it repair list. There was no way of knowing there was an issue with the tub right away as it drained properly. However they did try to charge me to repair the light and for the company coming out and taking a head full of hair out of the drain! Mind you, I have super short hair…it’s not going to clog. After telling them, they removed both charges. The brand new dryer wasn’t drying. The previous maintenance man didn’t check all vents. After asking again to come out, the new maintenance fixed the issue. I live predominantly in the front of the apartments and don’t have an issue with my neighbors. Yes people threw rocks in the pool but they recently closed it to have it repaired and cameras put up to catch the ones doing it. The gates are now working and never once have I seen a roach in my unit. There is a concern with visitors parking. It’s just not enough. I have to save parking for my visitors when I know they’re coming. That’s my only real issue/concern. Keep in mind that the units are owned by different individuals who use the realty company to lease them. It’s crazy how people that don’t live over here have made a review. Im beyond satisfied with my rent (each unit is charged differently). I’ll be here for a while."
