"I’ve been living here since May and it’s been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! The community is very quiet and safe. The management office and the maintenance are quick to fulfill all of the requests you submit. I also love how clean the community is, from the gym to the dog park. I’ve lived in other “smoke free” communities but it wasn’t enforced like it is here. This community feels like home, and they care about their residents. I’m so glad to be here!"

"My wife and I love this place! It’s super quiet at night, our neighbors are respectful and courteous. Yes, there are issues from time to time, but you can’t expect an apartment complex to manage perfectly so many residents with a plethora of different life styles. Issues are bound to come up, and it happens everywhere, no matter what. So I won’t complain about little hick ups. When we do have issues, management is pretty quick to respond and they do all they can. We had a couple of issues with some things in our apartment when we moved in and the maintenance team came in the following day to make things right. You can’t ask for more than that. When my wife and I were looking at apartments, we were very pleased that the manager herself gave us a full tour. After we had looked at many apartments in the cypress area before coming here, it was so lovely for a manager to take time out of her schedule to give us a full tour. What we love about this place is the quietness of the buildings/area, the gym, pool, smoke free community, pet friendliness, complimentary coffee station AND complimentary EV charging which we were very surprised and ecstatic to see! We love this place, and although we are planning to purchase our first home by the end of our lease in August, I can honestly say that I changed my mind about living in an apartment. I always hated apartments as a kid, but Highpark has certainly changed that. Thank you if you’ve gotten this far lol have a blessed day."

"It’s been a wonderful experience, living here at Highpark apartments!The Staff is always helpful and maintenance is always on time.You have so many things close to you especially Board walk and H-E-B that is just next-door. such a convenient and peaceful place to live. One thing I love the most is they keep you informed with everything that happens in the community . They listen to any complaints and make sure that they take care of the matter immediately something that makes me feel like the care!!! So far BEST apt I’ve lived in so since I have moved to Houston!! Thank you all for all you do to make me feel at Home!!!"
