"Noah and Anthony are both phenomenal. I’ve lived here for two months and seeing all these negative reviews baffles me. The price is fair and the interiors are updated and modern. If you tour with them before purchasing, they are extremely open and honest about everything (what’s currently broken/getting fixed) There’s slight inconveniences like the occasional bad smell or key fob not working, but that comes with anywhere you live. The amenities are great, location is great, residents are great, and so is the staff! 10/10"

"This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at between dogs, barking outside and neighbors being loud store. Good luck if you’re a light sleeper. I’ve complained to the front office they don’t do anything they say it’s not our responsibility. You have to contact an officer which we did, and they still didn’t do nothing. Overall experience staying here as a one star I highly don’t recommend."

"Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Noah. He has to be the most helpful and caring person I’ve came across since I’ve been living here and the ONLY reason I resigned my lease . Other than that Highline gets an 2 overall. Continue to do a phenomenal job Noah!"

"I have lived at Highline Urban Lofts since June of 2021. The reason I am moving is due to wanting to find an apartment with a garage so that I can charge my electric car. My husband is really going to miss this place. To be honest, this is not a bad complex. The price I believe is fair although these are some older units. My car insurance actually went down living here, so this is a safer place. I have felt VERY safe living here. The location is convenient and I like that guest can park in the METRO garage. The maintenance are ABOSLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Every single time you put in a request they fix it the NEXT day. I had an issue with the washer occasionally not draining water, the next day a new machine was in my apartment. I was shocked! I can definitely say, there are not many issues, but if they arise they will take care of it. I will agree roaches are an issue. However, I had pest control come out on Tuesday for three consecutive weeks a few months back and problem was fixed. I think the pest issue is caused by the trash chute located in the back by the freight elevator. When I throw my trash away in the trash chute it is filled with roaches and the area around it is quite dirty. (I don't like using the provided trash can for valet trash, so I just throw my trash bags away myself. ) If they eliminate that trash chute it should help and help with the smell. The hallways don't always smell so great. There are ALOT of residents with pets, so if you don't like pets just be observant when coming off the elevator. But the pets are all adorable. :) I realized there is new management and the leasing office is now very pleasant and professional. I will miss having a professional office staff to contact if needed. I recommend this place for anyone because it appeals and has a little of everything from families, singles and professionals."

"Have been living here for about 2 months now. there’s been multiple times where fire alarms will go off and on in the middle of the night, or just going off all day without warning. For the past 2 weeks now water has been shut off throughout the entire apartment and i can’t even flush my toilet. they sent out an email blaming the MUD, but no other businesses or communities nearby had their water affected, only this apartment complex. They take forever to respond to emails, but best believe they will immediately fine you for leaving out a trashcan or having “unsightly” outdoor furniture Edit: New management(i think) has taken over and the new staff is great! Anthony is very proactive and helped me both find a missing package, and helped me get something the original management promised, yet never delivered on!"
