"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! When I first moved in and Wendy was the manager it was a wonderful place to live. But since the current management took over it’s horrible. I can not stress it enough of how horrible my experience renting here was. They claim that the apartments are “newly renovated” but trust me it’s so far from the truth. Here is a list of the issues from my “newly renovated apartment” They paint over any thing that needs to be fixed, the door handles were broken and had to replace them myself, the vent on the dryer was broken and had to replace it myself, there was a hole in the flooring under my cabinet, the garbage disposal was broken and that took almost two months to FINALLY get maintenance to come fix it. When I would go to the manager about it, which mind you changes every month or so they wrote it down but then nothing ever got fixed, when I asked them about it they claim I never put in a request or if I did it through the app it didn’t show up on their end. The roach and pest problem is absolutely awful! They charge you for pest control but they never do anything to fix the pest problem! The pool is always dirty, there is no security which makes it a very creepy place at night. The management also gave me so much grief for my service dogs which I had papers to show and they made copies but apparently lost them and would charge me a daily pet fee and would be so rude about when I asked them. I can go on and on but please, live anywhere but here and save yourself the headache and stress."

"My elderly parents live in these apts for the past 5 years, when they moved in everything was great when it was managed by Capstone and Wendy. In the last year or less they have been remanaged by 2 different terrible management companies. Maintenance is poor, the pool is out of commission and has been for awhile, office is continuously closed during posted office hours. We never know who's in charge, if they have on site management or just a leasing agent in the office. My mother is an extremely clean person yet she battles cockroaches from other units coming into hers. In our wildest fantasies they would bring back capstone because they at least knew how many people lived in each unit and allocated the water bills correctly. Any and all of these concerns are spoken to deaf ears. I hope to get my parents out of here ASAP. They will not endure another lease here."

"New management is amazing. Maintenence is prompt and efficient. They keep you posted and updated on all work orders. Office staff is welcoming and courteous, especially Miss Kathy. Leasing agent Courtney is always friendly and sweet."
