Greentree Apartments

"Place use to be nice after new owners. But this past year 2023 trash coming in again. Drugs in parking lot, loud music all hours. Can hear music over surround sound on my TV. Teens running parking lot from 1 am till 4 am on people's porches and picking up cigarette butts from parking lot , sitting in vehicle's with lights shinning on others porches and windows for hours drinking alcohol. Worse than was years ago. Had to move could not sleep, hear tv or feel safe going to mailbox and trash. Getting worse reputation again. Even had a cop tell me place is getting bad again. They must only do credit checks cause some of these people had to have gotten evicted from previous places per their behavior here. New owner only concerned about furniture and stuff on porch rather than what's going on in complex. Would not recommend especially if have little children no longer comfortable nice place to live."

"The phone number was wrong. I could not get in touch with the office. Really nice family place. Has a laundry room right up front with a parking spot for future resident. Cool"

"The outside looks like and old army building but the inside is open and my unit is quite large. The rent price is really good compared to other places I have rented here in New Braunfels. My neighbors WERE very loud but the management took care of that when I told them. You get 2 parking spaces in front of your apartment but people park in my spare without even asking....I had to start parking in the space they "TOOK", all the time as I have company on a regular basis. This is no way the fault of management though just rude neighbors. The manager is very hands on and quick to respond on any issues even called me on a Friday night when there was flooding at my son's apartment this was above and beyond resulting in 5 stars thank you Charmaine you are doing an excellent job at managing this facility. Finally, the lease says no pets however, there are people with big dogs, little dogs & cats. I see people that have moved in after I did and they openly walk their dogs so the term "grandfathered animals", is not the case."

"Used to have a horrible reputation. New owners bought out the property and have done A LOT of work. Paved everything, added parking space lines and curb stops, redid the roofs, replaced all the main building drain lines, redid some electrical and plumbing, improved the laundry room, added landscaping, and improved park (now remodeling park, don't know what it will be like when finished), got rid of the drug dealers and trouble-makers, and actually keep up with maintenance, and working on pest control. Super friendly property manager, and very professional."
