Braunfels Place Apartments

"Braunfels Place is a very comfortable place. We like our apartment. The rent is as good as it gets for apartment living. The staff is great. Maintenance is great. I have been ill most of the time we have lived here— off and on, so I have not been out and about much. I think my husband and I would be more active if there was a calendar with events or activities published each month. I do not get on the Braunfels Place website very often but if I had a calendar it would help."

"I was visiting my daughter who had surgery and there was no where to park. My granddaughter has her car so I figured I could park in her spot. Came out this morning to find my car towed. Where are visitors supposed to park? Are don't you allow visitors? So unprofessional. Someone could have knocked on the door and I would have moved it. .. I don't know where but somewhere. Will not recommend this complex to anyone that has friends and family that visit"

I've met some incredible dogs (and their amazing owners) here, and we've become fast friends. We share stories, tips, and have the best doggy playdates. While the property is already fantastic, there's one particular enhancement that would truly elevate it—a dedicated dog park. Just envision a space where our furry friends can roam, play, and socialize to their heart's delight. It's the only aspect that gives me pause when considering whether to renew my lease soon.
