Mission Hill Apartments

"Moved in these apartments in June moved out beginning of this month due to issues. The staff here are pretty decent seem to try to resolve issues. Reason why I’m giving the low rating is due to being harassed everyday by the people who live underneath us due to our three year old making noises during the day, we would get the cops called on us several times throughout the 3 months living here and when confronting the neighbors who lived down stairs about how 3 year olds should have the ability to play during the day the apartment complex gave us a lease violation. DO NOT live in apt 838 if you have kids you will be harassed everyday until you move out they would consistently hit the roof if she dropped her toys or made any noises, it’s also sad we have to pay fees due to the issues with the neighbors to move out worst complex I’ve ever lived at. You will never be at peace if you live in this apartment. Also to add on our apartment flooded the first day we moved in and the place seemed to fall apart(door stops,cabinets,and plumbing issues. definitely not worth $1545 a month."

"I have lived here almost 2 years and it’s been an overall great experience. The apartments are nice, the property is immaculate and maintenance is always super fast to respond. They have some great community events for the residents as well. There are so many amenities here! I’ve had a few issues but nothing outside of normal apartment life, that anyone should expect from a large apartment community, but nothing that stopped me from resigning my lease and being happy living here. I think the staff works incredibly hard to keep this place running. Great job MH staff, y’all have made my time here enjoyable!!"

"I absolutely enjoyed living here. This was my little family’s very first place we called home on our own moving across country for the military. Mark M. was super helpful throughout the whole application/move in process and made it super easy and smooth for us to move in a day before thanksgiving. Funny thing is while living here, he even helped me look for my dog when he ran away from home lol. The office staff are very professional and will answer any and all questions to detail. They also hold a lot of events and give back to the residents! They really make sure you feel like you matter, and maintenance requests always get done in a timely matter. We lived here for about 10 months but unfortunately had to leave due to deployment & our growing family needing a bigger home, which also there were no complications. The office staff were able to work with us on ending our lease a few months early and made moving out on such short notice less stressful. I’d definitely recommend this complex to any military families, young person or couples looking to start off on their own!"

"Y’all. I LOVED living at Mission Hill! This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived at where the management company actually cares about their residents. Most of the others tend to ignore their tenant’s needs and care more about the money, but not in this case. The community is wonderful, they have neat (and frequent!) events, and the apartments themselves are updated and just what I was looking for. I’m super sad to be moving on, but I have truly cherished my 2 years here!"
