"I came to Rochelle plaza and fell in love with the place, Esmeralda gave us the tour and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about the policies and requirements for the company and also knew the schools around. We were looking for a 3 bedroom and 2 bath place and what we got was beautifully remodeled with grayish floors throughout the apartment and gray tone walls and counters, the bathrooms and kitchen faucets were all new, very comfortable size of bedrooms, bathrooms and closets, a small to large family can be accommodated quite comfortably. The area is so clean and quiet. We’re looking forward to the summer so we can take advantage of the awesome pool, my kids are loving the playground and I’m loving the area with all the restaurants and shops. The neighbors I have seen while walking my dog are very friendly. I certainly recommend this place. I would like to add that I reviewed my contract so we are on our second year here and it’s been wonderful. I also want to mention Alex he is part of the maintenance team and he’s been wonderful whenever we’ve had a problem with anything from the appliances to the bathrooms or anything related to our apartment. Alex has always been very fast at addressing the problems that we are having and he is very friendly and professional and he speaks English and Spanish and that’s a wonderful thing because my mother only speak Spanish. Alex is a wonderful asset to this company as a resident, I certainly value Alex commitment, and dedication."
"The Office Staff is very professional, courteous & friendly. Also, the Maintenance guys Alex and Donavan are Phenomenal workers who go above & beyond to get the work orders done in a timely manner. Thanks guys for your hard work in the hot & cold weather!!"
