"Been Living in this apartments for 5 years now , management are excellent the manager is above and beyond with keeping the residents happy , maintenance are really friendly and when requesting help them they are quick to fix things and is rare to see that in apartments when requesting maintenance have never had any bad experience with them. This apartments are no trouble at all is a really quiet place I can say it feels safe to be here . Inside apartments really good space no trouble with any bugs or cockroaches of course if you are a clean person you won’t really see them at all lol but I can say this are a really good apartments . ☺️"

They have great personality in the office with great customer service and maintenance, which gets my work orders completed promptly, and they get my emergency work orders done immediately! "The place is alright for the price. However, I did have a roach infestation towards the end of my lease and if you look at the ceilings they obviously have foundation issues because that apartment has several cracks in the ceiling and when I called to her it fixed they just patched it back up and painted over it again and said someone would come “fix” the foundation issues later on. They also towed my car even though I was a resident there simply because I parked in reverse instead of head in. They also never had laundry facilities even though they said they would be open soon and the whole year I was there it never opened because they never finished. The only good things were that they came to fix any maintenance issues pretty quick whenever you put in a work order and they always answered the phone when you would call the office for any questions. However if you pay the deposit just know you’ll either be getting a very little amount back or nothing at all. I paid $500 for a one bedroom apartment and only received $137 back because they charged me a fee for cleaning and for carpet cleaning that was never mentioned when I went to go turn my keys in. In other words yeah it’s cheap so you get you pay for."
