"The apartment and the staff was ok but I lived here for less than a year and I couldn't wait for it to be over. Just a heads up that the place is majority hispanic. Kids are running around all the time (especially at night) throughout the complex and in the parking lot. Countless times, a ball would hit my window and mind you, I lived on the second floor. Neighbors randomly play loud music at night and nothing is ever done about it. My neighbor below me would play music loud enough to where my apartment is shaking. Called the office and they didn't do anything about it. If you're hispanic, you'll love this place. If not, I'd stay away if I were you. Just my 2 cents."
"I recently moved to Morgan Place and I had such an amazing experience with Community Manager Mirna. She made us feel better at home ! She was very on Top of the move in process and made it very simple for my family . Anything I needed help with or fixed she responded and got done right away . I am super impressed with their Team very professional. I recommend you Guys Ask for Mirna she is great !"

"We have been without hot water since Friday and it is now Tuesday. One of the girls from the office named Ana is rude and short on to saying why we have no hot water. She always has a attitude.This is not the first time hot water gets shut off either. I have kids we have been dealing with covid and on top be without hot water in this kind of weather. Completely unacceptable"
"Been living here almost a year and been having problems with sink and plumbing issues. Put multiple work orders in to fix the issues, but the plumbing and toilet overflowing is constant and it’s a unstable living conditions. Before you move in just please be aware that you may come across some plumbing issues due to in malfunction underline pipes issues that’s underground. The apartments are nice with update appliances , but the plumbing , water issues is unverifiable. Will be moving out soon."
