"This property has too many problems regarding water. It’s been about a month that there is mostly no water at all for a period of 4-5 hours in the day time. Everything else is fine just the problem with water is annoying."

"Do not live here! Do not believe the pictures. Greatly overpriced for very old apartments. New management is not showing very great management skills. Without notice, they tried to charge us residents a monthly parking fee for an uncovered assigned parking spot that was up for grabs for anyone to park in & there’s also no longer visitor parking! It takes them forever to fulfill maintenance requests. We waited almost 2 months for one request to be handled, & it’s still not resolved! Cabinets & drawers are falling apart. The painting over the tub & wall tile is constantly peeling. Water is always being turned off, & you never know if you’ll have hot water for your bath/shower. Maintenance does not provide proper notice. A man came to fix our balcony light (a request we did not put in), & I did not let the man in because I thought he was a robber! He stated that a notice was sent, but no notice was sent, so I politely told him he was not entering my home! With a baby, this made me feel very unsafe. We will not be renewing our lease. There are updated apartments not too far from here that you can get for either the same price or less."

"Do not choose these apartments if you’re a woman , or a woman with a kid. They will assign you a parking spot even though they don’t have enough parking to accommodate which will leave you open to being towed. I was recently assigned a parking spot. That is a 4 to 5 minute walk from my home. When I politely ask to be moved closer or at least on this side of the apartment complex, I was told that because my apartment is catty corner, I am not a priority for the parking lot inside my cul-de-sac, and that I’d have to be assigned to a parking spot in the next available lot. Also stating that because I’m on the first floor, priority is given to second floor apartments. I did not ask to have a parking spot right in front of my home, all I asked was for a parking spot that’s not literally two parking lots and four buildings over. I explained to the manager that I do fear that something could happen to me in my baby walking home at night and also the weather is about to get bad. She insensitively says to me that I could get robbed anywhere in these apartments whether I’m closer or further from my home. And refuses do provide covered paid parking. This does not make me feel safe living here!!! I asked a few neighbors including my first floor neighbor, who is also in the same catty cornered apartment, where her parking spot was, she tells me her parking spot is in the lot that’s on the same side of our apartment. So I’m the ONLY Tenant having to go through with this. And My building is the ONLY building that is catty-cornered, so if I’m not considered “priority” in the first parking lot I should have been priority in the 2nd parking lot. Not the 3rd or 4th. When I do go to the parking spot that I am assigned to someone is always in that parking spot. PROBABLY because that spot is close to their home. Everyone is not being treated the same with my apartment being the only apartment that has to walk in the dark 4/5 minutes just to avoid being towed. This is discrimination, unsafe and unethical. The FEW cameras posted (that the manager did not fail to mention and will not help me incase of an emergency) do not cover the area I’d have to walk to get to the parking spot. They do not care about your safety or well-being, and any complaints about the safety in these apartments will be belittled. When I asked for a corporate number, HR, or higher ups number she refused also stating that’s not something they have. I am extremely upset."

"Highly recommend staying away from these apartments. From management who has no type of organization to the roach infested building. Management will keep telling you they'll follow up and they never do. They'll even go as far as setting up an appointment after closing hours and don't bother staying. They're lack of organization caused me to have a parking spot on the other side of the apt complex, and lie stating that's how the system works, however, my next door neighbors get their spots assigned right in front of their units. Even with the new management, work orders still take months to get resolved. Way overpriced apartments for the quality and service they provide."

"I’ve been living in this property for 3 years. They never changed anything until now this new management is changing things very fast. I was complaining about not having hot water but I didn’t know all the steps that it takes to fix a boiler and trying to fix everything that the old management didn’t do is going to take some time. So the best thing to do is to stay patient and wait for better results. I love this place because I have never seen a roach ever in my 3 years of been here. Obviously we have to help out and clean to keep them away. I love new management they are great !!!!!"
