"I moved to this apartment in 2023. Pretty good place. Calm and pleasant environment. The maintenance services are pretty good. Even small problems are taken seriously and resolved quickly as possible. I'd give this place 10/10."
"Overall, I am very happy at this complex though there have been some unexpected issues. I don't like surprise random mandatory inspections, especially when it's obvious it's not random. The email said random annual inspection, but I have only lived here a little over 5 months. I could see it after an actual year. It's like they are looking for a reason to harass or evict, especially when the email states that if the inspection is not completed on the day scheduled the result will be a lease violation, which means eviction. I lived in my former community for 9 years and never had a random mandatory inspection. I don't like it, but maybe I should live in a house then. Other than that, the staff is great, maintenance gets done in a timely manner, and I couldn't ask for a better apartment for the price. That's why I rated 4 stars."
"My experience here has been great since I moved in in July. I want to thank all the ladies in the front for working with me because the next following month after I moved in, I was having trouble with making my rent due to so expensive in moving but the situation got handled. They work with me and everything is fine. Every time I put in a request for anything to get fixed they’re very quick to come fix the situation. Very good maintenance crew. The only real problem I have had is mostly with my neighbors is the parking and the cigarette butts from my neighbors but overall the apartment complex are great."
