Wind Dance Apartments

"I have lived here for about 3 years and I have a LOT of ups and downs with the complex. My main issue is the maintenance team, it has gotten SO HORRIBLE over the last few years (really months) and right now its at its worst. It is impossible to get ahold of them, it is also VERY difficult to get ahold of the leasing office as well. Tyesha is the person i primarily ask for when i can FINALLY get ahold of somebody in the leasing office, she handles all of my problems with lots of patience and urgency. (Give her a raise!!!) Like all apartments they tend to show their flaws after awhile but my unit had a lot of problems from the previous owners and the clean up crew tried to cover up all the issues, but that didn't last very long AT ALL! Theirs been mold that my family had to endure for over 6 months before it got taken care of,. the AC units are old and break down constantly and the apartment are never prepared for the summer time. It also can take weeks to get it fixed. The maintenance team has changed so many times and they never leave a note saying they have been thru (Because they ignore requests). There TONS of foundation issues and the list can go on. But I'm not asking for you to give me a new unit or rebuild my walls that are currently cracking. I'm asking for help with the upkeep. I can only fix so many things on my own before i have to reach out to call someone for help. But that help only comes if they get told from a leasing agent to go check out an problem. I'm so fed up. These apartments have great potential and were so great in the beginning."

"I like living here but maintenance is horrible. I have submitted 6 work orders for the same problem over a month now and they WON'T fix my kitchen light. So don't expect any help from maintenance or the office staff. But the property and the apartments are nice."

"MAY 2023: Nice clean apartment complex. Staff are great and helpful and respond to everything or anything I need. I think the best thing about the complex is def the maintenance team and the maintenance manger. He lives on the property and is pretty fast to respond to all service needs and any emergency issues . Service team and office staff are super friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend this place. UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2023: Since May to September my AC has been going out and it has not been fixed. Calling almost every weekend to get something fixed. Its unfortunate since these apartments are really nice but they have OLD AC."

"Good aprtments to stay at. Interior work and finishing is good. The desgin of the apartment is also good. They made sure to provide some basic things required in the apartment. Trash bins are ideally located and crub side trash facility is available. They got great swimming pool and gym. They also have good electric bbq machines at the swimming pool. Gym equipment is desent and you got what all you need to work out. They have wifi access at the gym and leasing office. By the way Pets are allowed. The managemnet is helpfull with your needs and they are friendly so you can approch them with any help. The over all apt has good enough greenary. Coming tothe things i dont like is that they have limited covered parking and very accesable to very apartment.( but they have desent pricing on the covered parking and garages). The common area steps can be maintained little more clean. I wish they have a place to clean your car. Over all: Great place to live. Have all the eminities that are required in the apt. Apt patios got good scenic veiws."
