"During our nine months at Cortland on Coyote Ridge, we had an amazing experience, thanks in part to the exceptional service provided by Ganza during our move-in process. The apartment was beautifully appointed with modern fixtures and appliances that added comfort to our daily lives. Whenever we had guests over, they were impressed by the inviting ambiance of our home. Throughout our stay, Kalli Ray was instrumental in ensuring our needs were met and any concerns addressed promptly. The maintenance team was always quick to respond, and the management staff, including Kalli Ray, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel like valued members of the community. Despite our relatively short stay, we felt right at home thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Cortland on Coyote Ridge. It was truly a wonderful place to live."

They keep the property very clean. I can't speak for other buildings but I'm in building 8 and its always quite, which is a great thing. I did resign my lease recently."

"I've really enjoyed this property since my wife moved here from Chicago, they definitely made our transition easy. Great property, very clean and updated. It's always quiet and peaceful, staff is good as well. However I have to give extra kuddos to Victor, he's always had an amazing attitude. He's very helpful, he's always willing to make sure he's doing the best for you. He always comes in smiling every time I see him, he definitely deserves nothing but greatness"
