"The construction and road work on the hwy makes it a bit of a pain to get in and out of your not from here when you don't know your way around. The lady's who clean the room are nice and there are a couple of the Family that I enjoy interacting with but the so called manager needs an eye opener. I went to clean my vent yesterday and about lost my lunch. There's some sort of moldy substance growing all in it. I cleaned mine cause I can't afford for my mother to get sick. I just hope that the rest of the long term people have thought to check their ac units as well"

"Great location, close to a lot of different businesses, hotels, restaurants, dart rail station, buses, there is even a temp agency just up the road from there. But they are lousy workers from all sides. Manager, office employees, housekeepers. Every single one of them are extremely rude. There are two particular people in the office that are either a couple or siblings, but together they are SO F#@+! Rude!!!!!!! She acts jealous for the man speaking to me and then he treats you rudely because she starts acting jealous talking to him all loud and rude. They shouldn't even work there anymore. Definitely wasn't a hotel Id want to stay at."

"The room was clean, it's an old Motel. The cashier had no idea about the surroundings and the room had no food, dining or entertainment advertisements. Netter make sure you have your cell phone because the in room phone dosen't work.Looks like they are trying to clean it up. New Ownership maybe? For the comfortable of you customers please take the plactic off the mattresses. You spent good money to protect them with those heavy rubber matress covers. Take off that plastic! It's noisy, crackly and extremely uncomfortable."

"The rooms are sub par , the office workers aren't very nice ,strictly business and don't seem to have a heart of compassion or welcoming feeling. came here and had to rent a room multiple times solely because of the location in relation to friends and you would think that because I'm a returning customer they would be just a little bit nicer to me. Nope. If I had to rent a room it wouldn't be here if I had a better choice"
