"Contacted this property through their website and in regards to one or two bedroom apartment. That was last week and some lady called and left me message to call her back. She didn't leave a name, and the way she sounded was either Abby or Gabby. Called them back, and recognized her voice telling her that I got message from someone, she said they don't have anyone by that name. I told her that I got message from someone and her response was "it was probably mistake", and I said no it wasn't since that person left the message for me, by name. She didn't even bother to ask what was this call about, but sounded really rude, so I told her that I recognized her voice and it was her. She just mumbled something so I hung up. Wouldn't want to live anywhere like that where people are just simply ugly!! Some customer service, right?"
"The property manager Thelma is fantastic! The apartments are New and grounds are well kept and they have a playground. Close to everything in Boerne and San Antonio. Wonderful area where you don't have to worry about your surroundings. I highly recommend Abbington Ranch Apartments."
"Tried to call and inquire about these apartments twice. Same angry sounding lady that completely turned me off to trying to rent there. Even if the pictures are nice, would not be worth ever having to deal with her. Thank you."
