Tides at North Arlington

"BEWARE- my girlfriend is a current resident. They have a spot marked as visitors that’s faded right in front of the leasing office. I registered my car & it was towed. The office deemed the spot “non visitors” & said the towing company is in charge of the property management when it comes to visitor spots. Completely unwilling to help me & said it’s out of their hands even though it’s on their property. The office said “yes it technically does say visitors but it’s not a visitors spot. As of today they still have not fixed it or told the towing company to fix it. Cost me $350 and the towing company will not respond via email/call & the office simply doesn’t care. Read the generic response I got from the owner. That shows you how much they don’t care about you."

"1 star only because 0 isn’t possible.2 years in March is how long I’ve been here . Working a busy schedule and coming home to constantly be checking for ROACHES . In the bed , on the floor , in the kitchen . Having to throw dishes away because we have Roach fesses all over everything constantly. My kids have developed stomach issues over these 2 years . ( roaches cause that . Look it up ) and I get the run around of fumigations. Never happens besides the one they do when I’m here . And they prolonged me staying here an extra 60 days when my lease is up this month . Imagine having kids and having these issues and having to stay longer than your lease said . Trash is over flowing at every dumpster . Appliances are shot because the roaches are eating at them . It’s a night mare . And you can’t get a hold of anybody to put your 60 day notice in time because “ they’re backed up with emails from January. “ so when they did get back to me . To their convenience. Now I’m here an extra 60 days . Lovely . Rent here at your own risk . Literally. Mentally and health wise ."

"I have lived here almost three years too long. It was doable when I first moved in but every year there's a new management and they just keep getting worse and worse. They keep changing the way we pay, We keep getting fees added, they don't warn us when they cut off the water for a whole entire day to fix the sewer pipes and then we get charged for that along with the inconvenience of not having water that day. The dumpsters get over full at least three times a month and is very unsanitary and disgusting to be around or look at but we're still required to pay our part on time though right smh, We also pay for amenities that we're not able to use because the pool hasn't been open in almost 2 years, very poor communication overall as well unfortunately, when needing maintenance it takes them weeks to come fix anything or change our ac filters Do not recommend"

"If I could give this place a 0 star I would because I have so many problems here they try renovating it but it’s still dirty and the whole thing is a joke call for maintenance to come fix my sink that broke and called the office and they say tommrow tommrow everyday saying the ordered new pieces it been almost a month they haven’t fixed it my apartment flooded with water half my things got messed up and they didn’t even bother coming fix anything even after that it’s so disgusting full of roaches and bugs the apartment is tearing apart they don’t have anyone coming to fix the apartment and the office ladies are a joke always saying they will send someone out to fix the problem and giving false words and I even spoke to cooperate and called them telling them these problems they never reached out I hope the city of Arlington burns this apartment to the ground there’s always people fighting playing loud music every damn day they don’t care about anyone here and the rent payment is so out of order they make u go pay at a P.O. Box office I just wanna leave already"
