"Do NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT move to these apartments. I recently moved from these apartments after 3 years. When I first moved in I had a few roaches and was able to get them all clear after constantly cleaning and spraying myself. I must say that the building I lived in was good. My neighbors were nice and clean which keeps the bugs away but I did hear other units were horrible. My building had no working outside lights so being a single women I always complained about my safety but lights were NEVER fixed in the last 2 years I was there. The last straw for me was I had a mouse get in my unit. I freaked out, had to call my people to get me traps to catch it. I laid out mousetraps the same night I saw it and it was on the trap by that next morning, UGHHH. My skin STILL crawls thinking about it. I reported this to the office which NO ONE ever responded to my order. I heard the building over from mine had a mouse issue and I assume that is where it came from. You pay for pest control, NO ONE comes to spray. My foundation started cracking in my livingroom, they sent someone out to look at it twice but nothing was ever done and the cracking kept spreading. No One answers the phone in the office. I literally walked in the office and called their number and the phones are turned down so you barely hear them ring. They will give you notice about Rent due but take their time getting to maintenance request. At one point I don't even think they had maintenance they were so behind. It has gone through so many management companies that its hard to keep up with who is over the property. We were always out of hot water. I was elated to leave. Pass Go DO NOT STOP HERE!! The only good thing is I had some great neighbors!! I would give zero stars if it would let me."

"Do not move into these apartments save your money please!!These apartments have roaches everywhere no matter how clean you are. I haven’t had a working fridge for 2 months now and the fridge is full of roaches.They charge every month for pest control but guess what there isn’t one just paying but no spraying!!! Called code compliance and they lied and said I’m on a list that doesn’t exist ! Me and my children have no where to store food because it’s full of roaches and the fridge will NOT get cold. Please save the headache and don’t move here it’s affordable for a reason. Can’t load videos but I have plenty"

"Location is good that's about it. When I went to move in on my first day I was met with something that should have made me leave. I regret that I didn't. The place smelled of pet urine, and some musty other smell. The microwave had raw meat just sitting inside from the last tenant. The kitchen was a complete mess. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all. There was mold on the vents in both bathrooms. One of the windows in the living room leaked, and I had to submit 5 requests to fix it before some guy came out and painted over it and told me it was done. The other windows in the living room had the screen cut/ torn so we had to leave them shut 24/7 so bugs didn't fly in. Water is turned off what seems like sometimes 2 times a week with little to no notice. Roaches contaminate this place so I don't know why I'm paying for pest control. Then at some point I went to get a copy of my lease and they said they lost it, and that I would have to sign a new one. But perhaps the most infuriating aspect of all was the management's dismissive attitude towards my concerns. Complaints were met with empty promises leaving me to deal with the ongoing issues on my own. In conclusion, my experience here is an absolute nightmare. From the deplorable living conditions to the lackluster management, every aspect of this apartment complex deserves to be blacklisted. If you enjoy non-existent maintenance, and an overall feeling of regret, then by all means, make this your next home. As for me, I'm counting down the days until I can escape this place."

"These the the WORST apartments I’ve ever lived in!!! I’ve been here only 2 weeks! My apartment was NOT move in ready. I didn’t have doors to either bedroom closets or my hall closet, they halfway cleaned the apartment and left their cleaning supplies inside, sink had left with dirty water in the bathroom, my drip pans to the stove don’t fit so my pans lean over and overflows depending what I cook, one of the burners on the stove doesn’t work, my dishwasher is broken, the blinds in living room were broken, there was a puddle of water under the kitchen sink and the board bulging, I went a week without hot water in the kitchen, the key to my mailbox doesn’t fit, my outside light doesn’t work, and now I’ve been two days without hot water again but this time in the whole apartment. NOTHING has been fixed in these 2 weeks. I keep telling them they haven’t given me access to the resident portal to pay rent and do work orders and they still haven’t fixed that either. I still haven’t gotten my student discount even though I’ve received an email saying I’ve turned in everything for that. I’ve gone to the office several times as well as called corporate 3 times. No one is doing anything. I’ve NEVER had this many problems in any apartment I have lived in and I’ve only been here two weeks!!! I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy! I was warned about this place before from a couple of people that lived here and I didn’t listen because everyone makes their own point of views, but I wish I had be of listen to them. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It will save you the trouble!"

"This is the absolute worst apartment complex ever. Do not move here unless you wanna waste money to live in a pos. They never fixed nothing. I been having issues since march 2022. It's January 2023 and I still have the same issues. The only thing they do good here is lie everybody in that office lie. My heat went out. Can you believe they told keto buy a 40 dollar space heater to heat my whole apartment. After I did that I showed proof of me buying it and they started to play crack head games about refunding me. On top of that they shut our mailbox down and didn't tell nobody at all."
