"Overall the stay was ok, I only stayed a year before leaving. We were recommended to come here but management is rude and never stable. Keep all documentation because rules often change without notice. Many people don’t have citizenship there and are treated way better than the ones who do. Don’t ever be late because they will work with you and then lie in court. They recently harassed my cousin publicly after receiving everything for her. The management will harass you for speaking your mind and they do not follow the law when it comes to really anything until their job is on the line. Nevertheless, I do not recommend but if that’s what you’re looking for, by all means."
"Laughable business model. Everything is tailored to the convenience of the complex and not the tenant. The rules they make you sign for? Not enforced. My first year there a fight broke out and someone's leg was broken. Forget about maintenance requests unless it's major. And yeah I'm salty about them wanting their keys back and charging us for not turning them in on time but the place has no drop box or way to slid the keys under the door because it's inconvenient for them. People up front won't provide any solution either. Such as leaving the keys in the mailbox for them to retrieve. Staff should have solutions on hand at all times for irate former tenants. This apartment complex might be cheap but you get what you pay for. Stay away. It's not safe."
