"Worst possible place you can imagine. Cockroach infestation, was told by pest control apartments are not willing to spray only bait traps because it’s cheaper. I have had to use my own pest control company. Rude staff, uncaring. When I go to the office I see other residents bringing pictures of roaches to show management. I am living with my things packed in plastic bins. Other neighbors live the same way. It costs so much to get out of a lease, difficult to afford. I can’t even cook in my apartment and a friend built a stand for my dogs crate, so I could put glue traps underneath to keep bugs off her. Also, the water is constantly shut off. No one ever responds to emails. An all around horrible place."

"Looking for an apartment can be a real hassle, but I'm happy we picked this place to live. When we first moved in, roaches were everywhere in the apartment, which was gross. This was the negative experience we encountered. There needed to be better communication between the cleaning people and the office. However, the maintenance team quickly cleaned and repainted the cabinets; we haven't seen any roaches since then. We also ensure to keep our apartment clean, which probably helped to eliminate the pests. It's been about two and a half months, and things have been going well. Nice location; everyone here is super friendly and helpful, from the staff in the office to the maintenance crew. I know nothing's perfect, but the office team really tries their best to take care of the place and help us out, which I appreciate. Jeremiah and Rigo in the office are amazing. They really go out of their way to help us residents and keep things running smoothly. They're great at answering questions, taking care of concerns, and just being friendly faces in the office. And when it comes to Saul, Ramon, and Jose on the maintenance team, they're not only friendly but super helpful, too. Whenever something goes wrong in the apartment, they're quick to jump in and fix it. Their positive attitude makes dealing with maintenance stuff a breeze. I hope things stay this way for as long as they're around here and serve their residents. They deserve a big shoutout for doing such a fantastic job and making this place a wonderful home for us. Kudos to everyone!"

"Apartment unit #1021 Move-in Date: 07/28/2020 Move-out Date: 07/19/2022 I lived HERITAGE AT VALLEY RANCH APARTMENTS FOR 2 YEARS. I returned the property to them broom clean, normal wear and tear excepted. they need to understand that they will have to do more cleaning of tubs, sinks, floors, or walls as a part of getting ready for the next tenant. They can’t be expected to return the property in pristine condition. Also everything in the kitchen i left nice and clean working conditions. i have video and pictures. 20$ cleaning fridge charges. i already cleaned. 20$ cleaning stove charges. i already cleaned. Kitchen countertop respray is not even dirty but you guys trying to charge me all countertop respray 225 dollars. Bathroom countertop respray 100$. TOTAL CHARGE IS 900$ .They are charging 900$ in damage when I left the apartment nice and clean, needing few paint touch on walls like 4 tiny spots maybe. When a tenant moves out there is a level of cleaning that is expected from the tenant, but this is way too much. i am ready to escalate this issue as high as it needs to go in order to get solve this unfair charges"
