"Really wish I could give this place zero stars!!! Whatever you do DO NOT move here!!! My friends were thinking about it and I told them absolutely not!! Water is shut off literally twice a week! Then when you call the office the lady in there is SO rude. Saying there’s nothing she can do for compensation. AND tried to tell me “the water is not shut off twice a week” like ma’am we live here while you go home at night and probably have water!! And when the water IS on you can see how dirty the water is when he comes out. 0/10 and management is a -10/10. Save your money and go somewhere where you’re looked at as a VALUED resident."

"I’ve been moved in since late November since I have been here I have generally been happy. I like my apartment, the area, and I feel safe in the evening. A few things that I have noticed over the past 2 months I have been it’s the water is CONSTANTLY and I mean CONSTANTLY being shut off. I swear they shut it off like every other week due to leaks. It’s so frustrating and annoying if I would have known it was like this it would have definitely looked into other options. Also there is a lot of trash and dog poop around the complex, for me to pay an HOA fee I would expect the complex to be on a bit more strict with their policies. Another thing is the front office hardly ever answers their phone… Other than that the apartment is fine. I’m rating low mainly due to the constant water being shut off."

"Wish I could've given it ZERO stars!!! I have lived here for going on 2 months and these are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. It takes forever for maintenance to respond to request (I've had over 10 maintenance issues already!) and the big water bug roaches (American Roaches) are horrible over here. I am the cleanest person you could ever meet but that doesn't stop them from somehow getting into my unit. I've tried all kind of remedies myself because pest control just comes out and put a paste in your cabinets. I wake up to big dead roaches almost everyday! When it's hot outside the roaches walk the grounds like they pay rent to live here! Run far away from these apartments and save your money! And the office likes to respond and say "let's talk" but that's also pointless. The water is constantly being shut off for repairs and the hot water doesn't even get hot! Lets not leave out the expensive water bill! Whenever it rains water drips from the top of the window inside of my apartment! Of course I put a maintenance request in and they ignored it and a week later it was marked as complete. This complex is a joke, the upgraded models look cheap, floors are uneven, windows are cracked, old pipes that leaks under the cabinets. I could go on and on about how TRASH this complex is. Currently looking into terming my lease early!"

"Warning for future residents & locators. If I could give these apartments no stars I would. I am a local realtor & apartment locator that assisted my clients with relocating from Michigan to Texas. When we got to the property initially good experience. I went with my clients to tour the property, they applied & then that’s where things start to shift. I believe they were working to sabotage my clients move in just to not pay me. After well qualified tenants apply & takes over a week to get a response. Clients continue to reach out for updates but nothing. So they refer back to me to assist because no one is getting back to them. They continued to tell my clients that I couldn’t advocate for them or give information to me (telling them that but not me) however I’m only asking them to update them. The only thing I’ve asked the whole time was to update & communication from them from day one. After realizing they couldn’t deny them they then drug the lease signing out & still no updates, no communication. I call to ask them again for them to follow up with clients still nothing. At this point I’m reconsidering & so are my clients but they are moving across the country so they didn’t want to start over. Comes to move in & clients have a host of repairs requested but nothing done about it. Only time they respond to them is after I follow up. But it seems the easiest way to get me out your hair is to just COMMUNICATE! They applied 60 days before move in & the lease wasn’t executed until about about 3 weeks before move in. They applied 9/1 executed lease was not sent until 10/7. I continued to advocate for them as it seemed there was not action taken whatsoever. Then we get to move in & I ask about my commission, I was told I get one then I was told I wouldn’t. Then I was told because my client applied 9/1 & commission changed 10/24 that I’m not entitled to it when my clients move in date was 10/28. Seems shady. However, I’m here for my clients not them or the money but seeing as they think they can treat me & them any kind of way. I just wanted my clients happy. Had they only communicated we would not be here today. I want to warn you all that management is not good. They lie & hide behind emails making it very hard to get in contact with anyone. I have went as far as finding the CEOs information on linked in because of the behavior of the employees of this property. They withheld information for me to escalate things further so I had to take it amongst yourself. I say this to say any 5 star review without comment is more than likely some type of incentive behind it. Because truth be told this is supposed to be luxury but after this experience I would never show another client this property with or without payment. The customer service is awful to clients & more so other professionals in this field. If you do consider moving here please get with your local apartment locator or realtor to make sure they advocate for you because had my clients not had me, I’m sure they wouldn’t have taken any initiative. READ THE REVIEWS WITH COMMENTS! It’s true! If any residents need assistance with communication I have other points of contacts if you’re being ignored & I’ll be happy to pass them along. NO ONE SHOULD PAY THEIR GOOD HARD EARNED MONEY FOT FOR THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT! I’m so sad that my clients are stuck with them for over a year. During the whole year I’ll be advocating for them. They can’t tell me I can’t advocate for them or represent them & it’s my job. If they did the same we wouldn’t be here. Also I’ve atttached photos of the issues that needed to be addressed & took for me to continue to speak up for them to be addressed. Again supposed to be luxury, paying almost $2000 & get treated like scum. NO ONE ELSE ON MY WATCH! My client slipped & fell on the mud trail & it’s still hasn’t been addressed after saying it would be."
