"I give 1/5 Stars to the Vantage office staff and 1/5 Stars to the Corporation and finally one BIG Star for the maintenance Staff, but the 2 missing Stars are for the ineffective landscaping and engineering contractors for the Vantage Corporation. I've been living close to the pool since June but as of 9/1 my grassy knoll turned into a muddy bog. Just recently the landscapers laid thick St Augustine grass over the standing water in my yard instead of looking for any spewing underground sources. This remedy is like covering a leak from under the bathroom floor with a thick shag rug. You guessed it, it's back. My "forever home" at 70 y/o is still trashed. The entire Apt and entry ways are covered with a muddy residue - the color of Nutella but leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. The landscapers come back 12/4, so if you don't see a backhoe in my little marsh pit on that Monday then you will know the culprits are stalling until everything freezes over - like Hades - before they fix it."

"This may be our home for a very long time. We love how spacious our apartment is, backyard for our growing family to play in. Beautiful club house, fitness center and pool. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The only disappointment is that our apartment wasn’t cleaned when we moved in, somethings where broken but was fixed right away which I loved how prompt they where."
